Samantha was wonderful! I had never gotten a facial from massage envy before, just massages. And I was thoroughly impressed! Samantha was professional and courteous and made sure I was comfortable while receiving my treatment! I have super sensitive skin and was worried I would have a weird reaction, but Samantha ensured it was good quality and the results were great! My skin was glowing for the rest of the day! I would recommend Samantha at Massage Envy and I will definitely be coming back!

If you’re going to get a massage here, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Jasmine. I’ve scheduled appointments with 2-3 different masseuse here (5-6 masseuse in my life) and Jasmine is hands down the best I’ve came across! I always leave feeling better than ever before!

Massage Envy is always awesome. Their communication is always on point in regards to scheduling. I always get a call the day before, even if it is to let me know my therapist will be unavailable (which is fine, life happens). Every therapist Ive had over the past year has been super attentive to areas that need work and theyve always made it a great experience. Most recently I had Sara (sp?) for a 1 hour session and she is awesome. She made it super comfortable and is very friendly. I highly recommend the Beaufort location. Their whole staff is professional and friendly. Only 5 stars because 6 wasnt an option. 👍👍

This was my first time visiting the Beaufort location, although I’ve had massages at several other locations, including Massage Envy Summerville. With the massages I’ve received in the past, it was evident that the massage therapists used trained techniques for giving a massage and when I left I always felt refreshed and relaxed. I left the Beaufort location on August 18, 2021 feeling frustrated after paying for a massage that was very amateur. The person who did my massage did not appear to know anything about therapeutic massage and did nothing other than the same up and down movements. She started with my right leg, did a partial section that lasted about 10 mins, then spent about 45 seconds on my right foot, moved to my left leg for about 2 minutes, my left foot for about 30 seconds, my back for about 30 mins-this was the worst as she literally sat at my head with her arms on either side of my head and literally went up and down my back with the same motion. Finally, she moved to my head for about 10 mins and very roughly “massaged” the same areas over and over. This was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had.With other facilities I’ve been into, they were clean and presented a relaxing environment. The floor was visibly dirty with trash and you could see where the vacuum cleaner literally started and stopped because the dust was so thick on the floor and something as simple as a trash can was not picked up to vacuum under. The sheets were stained.I complained to the lady at the front desk who assured me it would be taken care of, filled out the survey sent to my email and sent 2 emails. The first email was to complain about my visit and how dissatisfied I was with the lack of professionalism and the 2nd was after I found out the massage was $115 and not $65 as I thought, since my last one was $65. I tried calling several times and received no answer, and as of today have received no response from anyone. I would advise against spending your money here.

They texted me saying that they Cancelled my appointment the day before we were due to have it done, claiming that they did not have a tech available. Unprofessional in my opinion. How did you not know until the day before? This was supposed to be something special for our anniversary weekend and now… not so much.

Masseuse had no idea of how to massage .

This was my first massage with them. It def6isnt going to be my last. Sarah did such an amazing job, she communicated with me the whole time making sure pressure wasnt too much or too less. My massage was AMAZING!!! I signed up for a membership. My husband recently told be I should take more time for myself so what better than a massage once to twice a month!!! So may savings & coupons with the membership!Ive already booked my next 2 with Sarah!!! I will 100% recommend them to all my friends!

Showed up for my massage that i schudule week before, and was told massage was cancelled!! I booked week ahead of time and got gift card .prepaid.. ... very disappointed as i looked forward to this.. will NOT return !!

Just had an hour massage with Trinity and it was AMAZING! Best massage I have ever had and I have been getting them for the past 15 years. She is skilled at deep tissue and knows how to work out the stress knots. The Beaufort location seems to be much more professionally ran than the Bluffton location. I highly recommend Tiffany and the Beaufort location in general. You will feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment you arrive.

My first experience was great. Wes took care of me and focused on the areas I needed the most. My shoulders and back were feeling great.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY.......I booked a few appointments so that me & my 2 sisters could pamper ourselves with a spa day. Dariyen & Heidi was simply AMAZING! They both took their time working with me to make sure everything was scheduled correctly. On the day of our appointments a little hiccup occurred and we was unable to have our sister spa day 😥Velma the manager promptly stepped in and exceeded my expectations with correcting the issue! I have to give a HUGE kudos to these women @ Massage Envy!! I finally got in for my massage & I have to tell you....Davids hands are magical! Thank you again for the wonderful customer service & excellent spa day!!SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

Awesomeness experience!

I have had several times where they have cancelled or wanted to move my appointment times or therapist. Once again on Sunday they called less than 3 hrs before my appointment to try and either change it to a facial or another therapist later in the day. The other times they have offered a free enhancement which is a $10 value, keep in mind if I cancel with less than 24 hours notice I owe them half a credit aka half my monthly fee for no services rendered. I asked a manager to call me today and she was rude and did not listen and did not care that at this point I plan on canceling my membership. Do not go here. Poor quality all around

Shelly and Tiffany worked miracles for my aunt and I! It was my first massage, while my aunt has had multiple. Neither of us had any complaints! They were professional, the location was clean and welcoming, and we were both incredibly relaxed after our session. They each took care to be sure to keep us comfortable and made the entire experience enjoyable.

I always feel so relaxed yet energized after every visit at this location. All of the staff are hospitable and seem very knowledgeable about the body and the techniques they use. I was hooked after my first visit and have enjoyed every service to date. Be sure to schedule with Liberty; shes my favorite!

If youre looking for ultimate relaxation or feeling sore this is the place to go. The staff at this location is amazing! I have seen almost all the massage therapist and esthiticians here and they are all very knowledgeable and very good at what they do.

Find my usual massage at Massage Envy a compliment to my attempt at healthy living.I asked my masseuse to use Myofacial release which I had enjoyed in the past. So glad I did!Its not your conventional massage yet I recommend its worth it once in awhile for the brain - body connection.

I had a 90 minute massage here and it was the best!! Really thought the massage was amazing and I felt so much better after the service. If your not going to massage envy you need too now!

They advertise a 60 minute massage, however, the very small print somewhere indicates that it is only a 50 minute massage, allowing 10 minutes for undressing, dressing, and consulting with the massage therapist. Also, the massage oil or lotion was textured and cold, which was is not the norm.

I have been to a lot of massage envys around the country. The customer service is great. The management is wonderful and the therapists are very well trained! I would reccoemnd this massage envy to everyone!!

My son bought a massage for mothers day so I went Friday to have a 90 minute massage and facial, the massage therapist not only gave a horrible massage before she started she told me if I needed to use the bathroom now was the time and I said I didnt need to, then after the massage she told me I would be having my facial in the same room (which she knew was not true) and mentioned again for me to use the bathroom...I left to go to the bathroom and was shocked when the lady who would be doing my facial directed me to another room, the massage therapist stole 100 from my purse while I left....it is now very clear while she was so concerned with me going to the bathroom...I would never go there again and I will be calling to report this on Monday

I was embarrassed to say this but I was sexually assaulted at this location by a young woman. I paid $55 for a PROFESSIONAL facial and was asked inappropriate questions and was the victim of unacceptable behavior. The “esthetician” knee very little on knowledge on what she was doing. I expected more from a brand such as massage envy - truly disappointed.

PRICE IS AWESOME! Service is great. I would reccomend this place to eveyone! Go try them out today!!

Soo I’ve been going to this massage envy for about two months now. I would go to specifically see Danielle for facials/microderm (she’s great btw). I do have membership with M.E and they debited my card on Thursday for my usual scheduled payment. I made an appointment for a service and then cancelled with the front desk. Today, I received services hoping to use my credit on my account. I was told that I would have to pay the full amount bc I didn’t have a credit to use bc I cancelled. That didn’t make any sense to me bc that is something the front desk personnel should’ve mentioned the day I cancelled and maybe I would’ve made more of an effort to show up. Long story short, within a week span, this M.E took almost $200 out of my account on some bull crap. Do not invest in the membership ! I really hate the fact that they have my card to use on file. If you would like to go, just go as a nonmember.P.S-The only reason why I give this place 2 stars is bc of Danielle but I don’t think i’ll Be back after today.

I really had a great experience the staff was very friendly and professional. My back was hurting badly when I arrived but my therapist Juanita changed that with the best massage ever. If Im ever in Beaufort sc again will have to request her.
