As with most businesses these days, the retailer was short staffed at that time. Waiting time was extra long but the sales representative was able to help me quickly while he was at a stopping point with the customer ahead of me.

I am not the easiest person to deal with when frustrated. And it never fails every time I go into the Verizon store in Beatrice they have worked their magic! Deb used to be the only person I would trust and now I know I can trust them all! Mike is an amazing customer service rep. And always puts me in a better mood, even when Im upset gets me to cracking up and does whatever it takes no matter the length of time to get the problem resolved. I sat there yesterday for a couple hours after my phone went awall and there was a couple of new people and Mike still took the time! This store doesnt get enough credit!

This was a great Verizon store to go. Empty and fast service. The person working was knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like he was pushy or trying to take my money. They also had a lot of product that I didn’t have to order online. You can make an appointment online also but we did walk in.

I bought a flip phone in Lincoln. And took my Dad to Beatrice to hook it up before they shut off the 3G network. Hunter was happy to set it up and even got the contact list switched over. How nice is that? I paid $30 and Verizon is giving me the credit off my account. Essentially free repair if the phone gets wet thanks to Hunter for going the extra mile.

Absolutely horrible customer service, the woman sent my friend home with a new phone still wrapped in plastic. Didn’t even exchange her SIM card, told her that “they don’t do that anymore to save time in store”. We later found out when we still couldn’t get her phone to work and went back into the store that they are definitely supposed to set up your phone entirely for you in store. Thanks, 0/10

Would give 0 stars if it was possible, TERRIBLE experience! We went in to switch on Saturday and thought everything was GREAT then we checked into different phones Tuesday in Lincoln where we live we had been in Fairbury camping for the holiday weekend. When we got the Lincoln store we found out that most everything that was told to us was a lie so we went today to return the phones and didnt receive back nearly what we originally paid then we went to Verizon here in town to get new phones and ended up with nothing because the return wasnt processed right AND we realized how extremely over charged we were at Victra! WISHING WE HAD NEVER MADE THE SWITCH TO BEGIN WITH AS WE ARE NOW WITHOUT PHONES AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!! PLEASE MAKE THE DRIVE TO A COOPERATE STORE IN LINCOLN AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME & STRESS OF DEALING WITH THIS NIGHTMARE OF A PLACE!!!!!!!!!

Went to have warranty phone transfer to new phone tonight.......they were in a hurry to get us out of there and didnt wait until everything was updated. Got home and all photos are gone!!! That was exactly what we didnt want to happen. we have had this employee help us before and he is not concerned about good customer service, only how fast he can get you out the door.

Went in store as we couldnt resolve cell phone service issues on line or over the phone, granddaughter has iPhone, constant problems with data and no service available issues. We did not have a good experience, the associate that helped us was friendly enough, but kept trying to get us to buy a higher priced plan, didnt fully answer or address our questions and or problems, we left frustrated, and unresolved issues. While they have large selection of phones,and accessories, including all the newest and popular ones, they lack in reliability in our area

Zero stars if I could. They have no idea in what order people come in. We sat there for 30 min and didnt even get acknowledged. 2 groups got waited on that came in after us. We finally just left and drive to lincoln. It was well worth the drive to have professional service.

The employees are uneducated and do not know what they are doing. They spend more time asking each questions and ignoring customers than they do actually helping. They have phones on display that they dont even sell. They are expensive, some are rude, and unwilling to help. The guys seem to be the most helpful. But the women are very unprofessional. This is coming from a guy.
