They helped me get my collection account squared away after I had the surprise of my life getting a call from them. Even though I couldnt afford much per paycheck to take care of this, they worked with me and made me feel very cared for. This is a people-centered business, and your concerns should lie mainly with whatever creditor you have. They are kind and flexible, in particular Janet. Shes amazing and made this process so much easier. Im out of debt as of today, and its in part due to her kindness.

There has been a lot of miscommunication with my bill that has been in collections. It is a workman’s comp bill and for some reason they made it a hassle for workman’s comp to pay. After the bill was paid the hospital and the collection agency did not communicate that it was paid and now I am getting letters in the mail saying my checks will be garnished. They were very rude and unprofessional.

Rude and not helpful at all when it came to questions I had and how to deal with it. Plus I gave a one time consent to with draw money and they took it two more times and then I get a paper from the court. And would not let me talk to the person my friend told me to ask to talk to. And Tiffany was rude again to me... and very hateful tone in her voice...

Excellent staff! The second they realized the client who was trying to get money from me was fraudulent, they closed the account and apologized to me!

This company does amazing work! Since we started using them as our collectors we have received multiple payments. Work is done in a timely manner, they are very thorough, and very nice and easy to work with.

Janet is a very compassionate lady who went out of her way to help us with a bill that should of been paid by workmans comp for hubby but they never did pay it! She was so kind when she found out I had cancer, she really worked with us. Thanks Janet :)

Not very helpful. Staff are abrupt & condescending while speaking with them on the phone. Going after someone after failing to collect on a debt after 10 years is against the law also. Anyone getting contacted by this organization, should be looking at the Statute of Limitations on debts.In other words, this is an unethical collection agency.

The staff here is some of the rudest people I have ever worked with. They do not allow you to ask simple questions without being talked over and down to. Payment plans are cancelled without request. Absolutely ridiculous that they are allowed to conduct business the way they do.

The employees and management are incredibly rude, and if you even call to ask questions about your payments they cancel them and send them to the court to garnish your wages. Its unfortunate they are even allowed to continue conducting business.

Company contacted me said that I had been turned into collections for two different companies. Contacted companies and found that I never had a bill with them. After arguing with Collections Associates I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and Nebraska Attorney General. Collection Associates has failed to respond to the complaints. I suggest you do you homework before speaking with anyone at Collection Associates.

Every single person that works here is beyond rude!
