Overall I am satisfied with Justinas agency. We always hear back promptly from them. They help us navigate issues with our interests in mind, which I personally find rare with insurance agents. I dont find them particularly salesie and I have rarely had them push a service that I dont need. From an experience I had 20 years ago and with a diffrent Allstate agent, I am not a huge fan of Allstate as an insurance company and was extremly hesitant to go that direction when we left Amica and Geico 5 years ago. I am always tempted to change insurance companies based on my experience a long time ago, but Justina and her staff have made it a tough choice to leave because their service is so outstanding.

It was so easy to get the information I needed to receive the best policy for myself and my family. I truly felt comfortable that the advice I was given would be a great help!!! And thankfully it was. They were very smart and knowledgeable about things I was unaware of. I would definitely recommend the agency! I received a letter in the mail from Allstate about being able to find a quote perfect for me, and decided to give them a call. Ashley answered the phone and she was friendly and warm. She transferred me to Eric to be helped and he was welcoming. We talked about different policies and he explained to me how liability, comprehensive, and so on worked. I know it’s his job to be friendly but his customer service skills are incredible.
