Horrible experience. Cheated daughter out of much of the security deposit. Returned $32 out of $700 deposit. Took off cost of plumber when there was no misuse involved. Took off for repair for some very old, rickety chairs in the house. The house was old and old houses require maintenance. Very unpleasant woman to work with. Renters beware. One star given as zero not available.
