Mike and staff are great to work with. The staff replies to phone calls and emails timely. I opened my pool this year in May and it needed a lot of work (liner, stairs and mason). Mike and his staff have worked tirelessly to get the pool up and running. Thank you to Mike and his staff!
Exceptional experience working with Mike, Paul and the entire crew from Majestic. They did a fantastic job from design through build through start-up. I cant say enough about Mikes knowledge and professionalism. The guy knows his stuff. And Paul is a true artist - restored this old pool to better than new. This is the 3rd in-ground near-the-water pool that Ive had done and it was by far the best and easiest. I highly recommend Majestic.
We just bought our house in Dix Hills last fall when the pool was closed. This spring we opened it up to discover that the water had drained out during the winter. Jared from Majestic came out and gave us a reasonable price on the liner replacement, and advised us on upgrading the valves on the system. We are very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism we received. The kids are loving the heated pool. 🤩
I evaluated several pool specialists and extremely happy I selected Mike at Majestic. He was the only one who offered/suggested he come out to my home and do a personal survey and walk me through real samples. Others quoted me without details and via pamphlets. My liner replacement was a water table job, additional effort which translates to additional cost. Mike gave me a range estimate for that portion of the job. Backstopped me at a no higher than cost...when the job was complete, he charged me the lower end of the range. All I wanted was a fair price and I know I got that plus a beautiful outcome.
So happy with Majestic Pools! I called a couple of weeks ago requesting our pool to be closed and wanted to order a custom shape Loop-Loc cover. I was in a rush because I am having my sons 1 year birthday party this Saturday at our house and it had to be closed for safety reasons. The owner, Michael, came that same day, took all the measurements himself and made absolutely sure the cover was in and installed within time (with a holiday weekend in there too!). The cover install came out great! His workers were professional, explained everything and cleaned up after themselves. So happy with the outcome. We will definitely be using them for our pool renovation in the spring!!
I cannot express how happy I am with this company! They just recently installed a solid loop loc cover. I was extremely impressed with everything. From the customer service all the way to the installation. The owner took the time on the phone to speak with me, and the office was great. Not to mention the technicians were very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They explained what they were doing and made the installation a breeze . The photos speak for themselves. The cover is perfect! It fits like a custom made glove! Im so happy I went with Majestic pool service. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! If youre questioning if you should choose them, do yourself a favor and call them! You wont regret it!
I have used Majestic for two years after stressing w other pool companies. They are always on time, knowledgeable and very professional. They solve the problem and don’t make a big deal out of small problems. I would give zero stars if I could. Ok. They dont return phone calls unless you are buying something. Promise to show up and dont, had to call for opening and they said would be there,end of day no show called them and was told yeah, well be there tomorrow. Didnt show second day either. Come on to property and leave without even knocking on door. I could list more but I dont want to spend any more time on them. Will not recommended them to anyone. Will also tell anyone who asks to go elsewhere.I should not have to chase down service.Edit: to respond TO THE OWNER WHO CAME BANGING ON MY DOOR THIS MORNING DEMANDING I PULL DOWN MY REVIEW. Talk about rude and unprofessional. My review had nothing to do with the price of the filter. My review is based solely on my interactions with you not showing up when you say you will show up and not returning calls when I am told that you will call. Last years closing was scheduled for Sept 14th no one showed, no one called, had to leave a message on machine. More calls by me and no shows from you, the pool finally was closed on the 18th. In the case of the opening, we were scheduled by you for June 2nd, nobody showed up on the 2nd, called and left message on machine at 6pm. No one called back. I called again at 10 a.m. to see when or if you would be showing up. The filter is another saga, we noticed a leak and called to have someone come look at it. I was told someone would be there the following week. When Friday rolled around and no one had shown up another call was made. Was told oops it was not put on schedule someone will be there next week. Previous to the last year and a half I would have given a much different review, things have drastically changed in their customer service. I should not have to chase down services. I could list all the other instances, which I have documentation and phone records for, but what would be the point the owner will just come back and call me and my husband liars again. This seems to be his tactic for any review He does not like.The fact remains HE BANGED, not knocked or rang the bell, BANGED, ON MY DOOR AND DEMANDED I REMOVE MY REVIEW.So you dont deny not returning phone calls and no shows, but you do deny coming to my door this morning. Wow you are all kinds of special. Btw my porch camera clearly has you on my front porch this morning arguing with my husband.
I am so happy that I called Majestic pools for a gas heater install. From the moment I called, it was pure professionalism. I got an immediate estimate over the phone by the owner. A follow up phone call by Cassandra as promised to confirm they could obtain a Hayward heater for me. She was very personable. The install was only 3 business days after my inquiry. Jared and Angel came to install and were wonderful. They put a new cement slab down without any additional cost. They took my old heater away. They explained how the heater works and what I should and shouldnt do. I called many pool companies and got a run around. Majestic pools is top notch and we will be using them for now on!!! ❤️
Ive been using Majestic for years to open and close my pool as well as some repairs. This year I needed a liner replacement and new lines installed so I went with Majestic, we ran into an issue with one of my walls collapsing so the project got bigger. I trust Mikes advise and they did an excellent job replacing and reinforcing the whole pool - the job came out perfect! There is no other company for my pool needs. All the guys I deal with are polite and knowledgeable especially Will and Jared and Mike always returns my calls. Project was as quoted and work was done on time and I couldnt be happier.
We use Majestic for everything pool related, from regular maintenance, to installing a new filter, piping, etc. Majestic is, by far, the the best pool company we have found in Long Island. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, the staff is friendly and always responsive, and they are always able to squeeze us into their schedule when we need them sooner rather than later. Over promised and under-delivered. Multiple issues from day one of opening to closing and zero communication with Mike the owner once contracts were signed and until closing for his balance. I was hoping for a smooth season by installing a new heater, purchasing the chemical package along with the weekly maintenance. They installed a bypass valve on the new heater to prolong its life. Good idea but it has a slow leak from the day it was installed. The weekly guy never noticed it ( or any leak) all season, I called the office and told them about it multiple times. About half way through the season they placed more PVC glue on the fitting. No surprise it was still leaking. Prior to scheduling the pool closing I requested it be fixed. Needless to say it wasnt and Mike the owner claimed it was my failure to communicate since this was the first time hearing about the problem and offered to repair it next spring. I requested a $200 credit towards my closing balance so I could hire someone next year to do the repair. Unfortunately Mike the owner didnt like my suggestion and sent me a bill without the credit. All season long we had a green/yellow film along the bottom of the pool. We pointed it out to the weekly person who never wrote it on the weekly invoice and report. We then called the office, sent photos and asked Mike to meet us on a day we can go over the problem. We received a phone call it wasnt algae. Mike never came to look at the problem. Then we tried again and were told they didnt have any phosphorus. So much for a chemical package. Several times I went back to my filter area and noticed leaks. Most I fixed on my own because the weekly guy is not a mechanic and who knows when they would send someone over to fix them. The icing on the cake was when the weekly person tighten down the chlorinator top so hard that I needed a 3 foot channel lock to open it. I then called and reported the problem and explained that I needed to be notified if things like this happen again. They caught on so about 3 weeks later my invoice noted he couldnt remove the chlorinator cover. I found a few tablets in my skimmers. I also found another leak on the fitting to the chlorinator from him trying to remover the cover.As a business owner I understand what it takes to write a negative review. My time is valuable and this was worth the $200 Mike didnt agree to.
We had our pool liner replaced after seventeen years! We are VERY satisfied with our new pool liner that was installed by Majestic Pool. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable and the installation was quick! If we had known things would go this smoothly we would have replaced it years ago.

As a new homeowner, I was looking into pool companies to obtain information for quotes on pool openings and service cleanings and the customer service that I received was so unprofessional as they were exceptionally rude and nasty with an attitude. You can hear the tone in their voice as they were getting annoyed just from asking questions on what they charged and what their services entailed. As I was thinking about using Majestic along with giving them business for 2 other people in my family I will absolutely no longer even consider using them or recommend them to anyone! Stay away...apparently this company cant handle additional questions that anyone may have without getting annoyed when customers have a right to ask about their services and charges! Youre not the only pool company out there, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!!!!! Do yourself a favor and dont use them cause once there is a problem they run away. Worse customer experience ever as I was told I was sensitive and had thin skin...thumbs up on how to talk to your customers!

Ive been using Majestic Pool Service for many years and should have written a review a long time ago. This should help a few of you folks out there.In the past I wondered if my pool company was actually doing what they should be doing and what their invoice indicated they had done. Unfortunately, I found the hard way. Then attempted to do it all myself, that didnt last long.I reached out to a friend and Mike from Majestic was the referral I received. Years later, I still have Mike and his crew service my pool. Ten years ago weve replaced the liner, about 6 years ago the entire system and just this Fall a new Loop Loc cover. The pool is 25 years old.No hard sales and always do exactly what they say they will do....all at a fair price.Sure is nice to see the family swimming in a clean and clear pool without all the hassle.Thank you!!

Having owned a pool for a long time now I have had a few pool company’s service my pool. I have never had a more pleasant experience than I have had with Majestic. The owner, Michael, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had contemplated renovating my pool for a while as it was an older pool, but never trusted any of the service’s I had in the past. Michael answered all of my questions and provided all information on usage, maintenance, warranty’s and rebate programs. I now can enjoy swimming in my heated pool with a beautiful new liner, heater and salt system, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Majestic for all pool servicing needs, from maintenance to service and everything else!
Thanks to Majestic Pools and Mike we know can swim in our pool! I had a serious liner issue and Mike responded to me within a half and hour after I called the office. He answered all of my questions and was at my home within 2 days to give me an estimate for a new liner. I have been looking for a pool company to service my pool for a while and because of his prompt response to my liner issues, I now have a pool company I can trust to take care of all my pool services! I never post reviews, but Majestic deserves one. After going through several companies that have made careless and costly mistakes, someone recommended Majestic and I finally found a company that I can stick with. The owner, Mike, comes himself and is completely professional, honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He immediately pointed out some issues that no one else ever mentioned (either because they did not know or likely did not even care) - wrong heater for salt pool (it was because the previous owner converted the pool to salt later), common issues with a salt system chlorinator that repeatedly fails, etc. From liner replacements to cover installations to equipment, Mike knows what he is talking about. His crew is also extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is an old school type of service company where they take the time to explain things, give you options, make solid recommendations, explain what they did after the work, the owner checks in with you after the work is done to make sure you are happy with the work, and asks if it is OK to charge the balance. What a difference this company is compared to the rest. I highly recommend Majestic.
If I could give it no stars I would. I have been trying to get my pool cleaned the last 2 1/2 weeks and every time customer service has canceled last minute. And as of this morning they call me the day of the appointment after they rescheduled in the prior week that they couldnt service my pool on Saturday July 20th because their justification was when they were scheduling that week they made a clerical error in the appointments. So when I called and talked to the owner and customer representative if they cant service the pool in my area to at least honor it 1 time since I have been waiting for weeks to get pool vaced. So I cant say anything about their service but their owner was abrupt, non-flexible, and gave me a half-hearted apology for not being able to service my pool nor honoring the service 1 last time.*** As an update the owner thinks I am lying. I have nothing to gain from giving someone poor quality of service. I have given other service professionals excellent reviews when it’s warranted and if it was less than stellar I kept silent. I told your admin/secretary I was going to post a bad review because of my terrible customer service experience and she said “your more than entitled to do so”. Also you are saying you don’t provide service that far out even though you closed my pool last summer and other related service. I have the credit card records to prove that. Like I said before I can’t speak about the quality of service but the runaround for 2.5 weeks is what I am terribly angry with. With the constant rescheduling and back forth I could have had someone else that could have serviced the pool in my area. Like I said in my post you could have honored service one last time as a professional courtesy to a customer but you were inflexible to do so. That aggravation and irritation is the part I can’t understand with. And the fact you had to come on this platform and accuse me of lying from my one review says a lot about the pettiness and your character as someone in the service business. You could have replied differently in a sincere, humble, and even apologetic manner but accusing customers of lying shows yet again your lack of customer service quality.
Pool Services were excellent !! Hands down recieves 5 STARS. Was prompt on time as expected and received the services as offered. Best prices in town and highly recommend.
Great pool company, we have been using them for 15 years now and we have been very happy.We just had them replace our liner, it came out beautiful and the work was top notch. I recommend them to everyone I know.
I called 3 places. Majestic returned my call within an hour. The others Companies- 1 didn’t contact me back and the 2nd one contacted me and then never showed up.I texted the owner photos of the problem I had. And also wanted a loop loc cover.He came over measured and within 2 weeks they came and repaired the side that the trim was rotted (from salt water pool) vacuumed the pool, Installed loop loc and it looks great.Good price and honest Company.Workers Jared and Ed were very polite and worked hard. They cleaned everything up.I would definitely recommend Majestic Pools to everyone.
