Clean, very friendly people, always helpful, highly recommend

My wife and I recently moved to Bay Shore. Saxons wash and fold service is the best. From the first time we used their service they have only been kind and helpful. Plus they take great care of our laundry - always neatly folded and smelling fresh. We never used wash and fold before but this is inexpensive and just ultra convenient. Thanks! (Sara and Josh)

Been going to Saxon Laundromat for a couple months now and they NEVER disappoint whether its with drop off or me doing it myself. I had a falling out with another laundromat and I am so happy I found them!! Their price is so much cheaper (.85/lb) and my clothes always smell fresh, clean and the folding is perfect!

Absolutely love this laundromat!! I started going here a few months ago for their Wash and Fold service after having a terrible experience at a different laundromat. Needless to say, I am so glad that I switched to Saxon Laundromat! All the staff that I have interacted with are super friendly and already after a little while they know me by name! Prices are reasonable and my clothes are always sorted neatly and smell so clean. I love that they hang up my polo shirts for work! I highly recommend Saxon Laundromat for any laundry needs, they will not disappoint!!

Great laundromat and the staff are always very helpful. Came in really late that night because I procrastinated on laundry and the owner still let me wash and dry even though they were closing in an hour. He patiently waited for me to finish and told me to take my time. Awesome!!

I love doing my laundry here! Nice, small, and uncrowded. The machines are nicely priced and the dryers are great! The staff very friendly and fun to watch Hawaii 5.0 with :)

This place is GREAT. Where else can you find a laundry service that can pick up, do your laundry, and deliver back same day?! Simon is excellent and very professional. Prices are really affordable. My clothes come back pressed, steamed, folded.... its unbeatable service and I highly recommend it.

Clothes came out perfectly clean! Like the staff the lady was very kind and quiet. I love to do my laundry in my own peace of mind. Not too crowded yet not empty at all. Just the right spot to do laundry.

If you are planning to wash your clothes here dont bother! Go elsewhere! Place is super tiny, they have like 3 carts and half there machines dont even work! Go down the block by the Laundromat by kohls. That place is my favorite! Only came here cuz their power was down. They dont even have hot water. Do not wash your clothes here.

10/7/18Horrible, machines are .25 cents for 8 mins. Put in three quarters not a lot of clothes and the clothes still dont dry. Put in another quarter burned my sheets. Then offers me $4.50 free was, seriously? Where on earth can you but a flat sheet for $4.50?? Continued on to say that he cant tell if it was his machine that burned my sheets. That he was ASSUMING I was telling the truth!!!! So now Im a liar. What an insult. Never again.
