They constantly leave garbage around. They dump and whatever falls out they leave on the ground. This happens on a regular basis.

We have been using NWS for a while now. The only problem is if they miss a scheduled weekly pickup you cant seem to get them to pick up before the next scheduled pick up. We have been calling for three days but no one has picked up. I already have enough to fill another dumpster but no place to put it.

The truck that services my gated community leaves garbage behind on a regular basis. There driving is reckless and not a company i would recommend. I hope our HOA doesnt sign another contract with these clowns.

The best carting company on long island

Excellent Service and very responsive to our extra needs for service.

National has always given us good service. Their drivers are courteous and when we call the office, they are always very responsive. Their rates seem to very competitive with other haulers in Long Island.

I have a detailed list of dates and times that they are illegally emptying dumpsters. Based on the reviews and the fines that they’ve paid, it appears that emptying dumpsters at 3am is a habit for them. To top it off, the driver will then idle for 10 min- seemingly to make sure that the disturbance wakes up anyone that could have possibly slept through the loudness of the emptying of the commercial dumpster.

Worst company ever. They are like a bad okd girlfriend. Never go away. No matter how many letters you send or call to cancel. They just jerk you around. No one returns calls. Stay away from from. Nice when you sign up. Horrible to get service after they take your money. Beware

I asked for help from National Waste Services for a roll off from my old building and starting at my new location. I got a call back immediately and they set me up so that I had no worries. I felt the service was excellent and they were knowledgable.

Working with National Waste Services has been nothing but a pleasure. They took care of all my needs in a timely and safe manner. Highly recommend.

The new guy that picks up our garbage is much nicer than the old guy.

They charged my mother in law even though she stopped using them. Being elderly, I guess she didnt realize she was paying two garbage companies but only the one was picking her garbage up and it was NOT this company. We physically saw the other company coming to pick it up when we lived there for a few months. Now they WONT give her a refund. This amounts to theft of an elderly woman!!! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!! Im filing a claim agains them now!

Fast and easy company to deal with for construction waste

This company comes to your neighborhood and do their job at 3am in the morning! A huge disturbance to the residential area. I suggest they operate their business within business hours like everyone else.
