If I could put ZERO STARS I would. I reached out to inquire about a listing on their site and the owner of the brokerage herself responded nastily assuming I should have known information about the house that wasnt even mentioned anywhere in the listings. Absolutely uncalled for especially when trying to sell a property. Zero professionalism or class. Im not surprised to see many other bad reviews on here from unsatisfied clients. Best of luck to this business, they really need it.

Doris is a fantastic resource for purchasing a home or getting an apartment. I referred my niece to her and she was able to find her a home exactly as she wanted and took the time to show her as many homes as she could find in her price range.

Utterly awful. Doesnt return calls. Took broker fee. Didnt care what the condition of the apartment was given to me in. Told me, Not his problem. Anthony is clueless. Didnt even know the correct rent. Knew nothing

Terrible customer service. I kept calling about a house for rent. No agents were ever in the office to take my call. The receptionist got nasty with me after my 3rd day calling. She didn’t answer the phone when I called again (I guess she recognized my number) I called from a different number 1 minute later and she answered! I finally got a call back from an agent 2 weeks later. The house wasn’t ready on the date specified. The agent still didn’t return my call after waiting on the landlord to make a decision and that was a month ago!

Called and never got a call back. I still see the apartment getting listed repeatedly. Shame for the owner of the building trying to get a good renter. Who knows how much business theyve lost this way...
