I will say upfront that they are a pretty penny BUT it’s worth it. When I purchased my home, the inspector found evidence of termite damage. In order to close on the house the seller hired a company for termite removal and replaced any and all wood damaged. Fast forward and I wanted to renew the contract the seller had signed but I found the company had almost no reviews or a legitimate website of any sort. So my search started for an exterminator company and I found Arrow. I was able to get an appointment for inspection and walk through of the property where new termite damage was found isolated to my garage. The technician was also able to find deficiencies of the prior company. I ended up hiring arrow for termite service as well as ant removal, spiders, earwigs, you name it. They were transparent and professional. And I can honestly say I haven’t seen a spider, ant or earwig since they came through. Mike and Cristian were awesome. Highly recommend Arrow for your extermination needs. Every home needs to be protected by the unseen enemies that crawl.

Made an appointment for an in-home inspection. They booked me then no-showed. When the appointment window came and went, I called them to find out what happened they said they didn’t have my phone number and that a manager would call me right away to remedy this. That never happened either and they definitely had my phone number all along. They wasted my time and the money I lost taking off of work for the appointment. Very unprofessional. Find someone else!

Steven came out and was kind and considerate in explaining about wasps/bees. He explained where they were and what his plan of action would be. He calmed my fears and concerns by telling me that the product he was using would in no way harm my family. Steven manner was Joyful and I do appreciate that. Just as the contract stated, he would do a second treatment if needed at no cost. Everything has been completed and I am totally satisfied. Thank you Arrow !!!!

Overall I have had a positive experience with Arrow Exterminating. I recently purchased a home and inherited a lack-luster termite policy with another company that was a real disappointment. When I called Arrow to come out and inspect the situation, they were up-front and honest about the cost of the repair and the price of their services going forward. In addition to the termite bait trap repairs, I also purchased their quarterly services for ants, spiders, etc. The rep explained everything the day of his visit and the regular exterminator visit was scheduled for 3 days later. After 2 weeks, I still had some spiders and other critters in the basement, so I called Arrow and they came right back out 2 days later to handle it for me without any additional charge. Im pretty pleased with their customer service as well and will be recommending Arrow to friends and family.

We had a raccoon family living with us, creating a potentially unsafe condition. Arrow responded immediately, took care of the situation, inspected our property for other issues, and gave us tips to keep our home “unwanted visitor free.” Highly recommended service.

I have spider crickets..yes, those monsters! I signed up for an annual contract with Arrow. I can call every few weeks and everytime I call, they send someone quickly and I have not seen a spider cricket in my house since!

Horrible service. Had somebody at the house 3 weeks ago to lay traps, said they’d come back in 2-3 days to check them. A week later we call and are told sorry somebody will be by you in a couple days and gave a day and time. They showed up and said their bait for the traps works better and laid some more. Somebody was scheduled to come yesterday between 8 and 1. We told the last guy that was here that we had a dr appt at 2 and they would have to be here by 1 and he said they would. Yesterday at 1:46pm we’re leaving my complex and get a call from the security gate, it’s an exterminator from Arrow. We were 5 seconds away from the gate on our way out so told the security guard to tell him we’ll be right there. His reply was “well they’re just going to have to reschedule” and we actually watched him make a uturn and just leave. He saw us right there but didn’t stop for us to speak with him. So after I witnessed that, I called Arrow and left a message. A lady returned my call and said somebody will be here tomorrow (meaning today) from 8-1. I told her I didn’t want the same kid from yesterday and she said it would be somebody different. So today I’m up once again at 7am waiting 5 hours for nobody to show. I called at 1pm and left a message. Somebody just returned my call saying we’re not scheduled for today, we’re scheduled for tomorrow. Are you kidding me??? 10 hours wasted between today and yesterday. Paid $460 for dollar store traps and nobody can tell me how they’re getting in. Horrible service. Horrible employees. I’m attaching a picture of the truck the rude unprofessional kid was driving when he was supposed to service my house on Monday July 13th between 8am and 1pm. (Picture taken at 1:46pm.) This is ridiculous now. And can never get a hold of a supervisor because they’re always “out on lunch”.

I have been using Arrow for tick spraying on my property. They are so responsive, show up when scheduled, and are totally reasonable. Ask for Brian. He’s terrific.

Ive been giving this company the benefit of the doubt but they continue to fall below delivering on their service. They continue to disregard the fact we are tired of finding dead crickets in our basement. I dont care that theyre dead. I dont want them IN MY HOUSE. PERIOD. So the technician can keep saying theyre supposed to be dead. Not what I am paying for. Im paying for my house to be rid of them. This is just one of the many issues I have experienced and I will take my business elsewhere. I dislike being told this is what is supposed to happen so I can be robbed quarterly for treatment that does nothing.
