Im officially settled in at Rivershore Apartments. Its been a few weeks since my move in and the ladies in the office made this an easy transition for me. I have a 3 bedroom apartment thats been recently renovated. The kitchen cabinets and counter tops are nice. Parking is pretty fair around here. A lot of 1st come 1st serve open parking. So far things has been good around here. The response time for the maintenance has been pretty impressive as well.

Its a peaceful place. I started with a one bedroom and upgraded to a two bedroom this year. Its spacious enough for me and my family. Thanks for having me as a tennet.

My family and I moved to these apartments July 2020 amidst the pandemic. Throughout the entire application and moving process Carmen was super helpful and genuine. This was my family’s first time living outside of San Francisco and we were nervous for the transiting. However, Carmen and Jasmine have been a tremendous blessing in our lives. They have helped resolve any maintenance issues in an expedited manner and are readily available to help. I, too, was nervous with all the negative reviews in here but let me tell you that it seems like Carmen and her team have been working around the clock to turn it all around. We haven’t had any issues since moving in and know that if we do encounter one, that we can rely on the friendly management team. It’s nice to be nice, people!!! If you ask kindly and treat others with respect, this team is willing to go above and beyond. I see us living here for many years to come. Thank you, Carmen and Jasmine!!!

I’m a current resident here at Rivershore Apartments. I’ve been here for about a year now. I’m very pleased with my apartment. Jasmine leased me my apartment and she was and still is very helpful till this day. Also, the maintenance staff is friendly and reliable. They’ve always completed my service request in a timely manner. I’ve noticed changes being done to the property for the better. They’ve recently upgraded our mailboxes and they’re now working on replacing the decks. I look forward to seeing more improvements around the property. I’ll like to suggest an area where residents can go grill in the Courtyard area and a playground for kids.

I spent a year here at this apartment, overall was good. These are some of the cheapest apartments in the area, so keep that in mind. My unit wasn’t very clean when I moved in so I had to really scrub the place, but other than that the apartment has been very clean. I routinely see pest control vans coming by. There was one incident where I saw 3 cockroaches in a week but thanks to the management I was able to get pest control in my unit and haven’t seen one since. The management is really friendly and great at responding to work orders or issues. They have completed every work order I have put out and always within a day or two. Jasmine and Carmen are always more than willing to listen and help with anything they can. The neighbors are nice and for the most part keep to themselves. The laundry room is clean some times, kinda gross other times, I more so blame tenants than the staff. Lots of machines so even if there’s a few out of order you can usually still find a free machine. I’ve heard of some weird activity going on here but I haven’t been effected by it at all. I’m a single young woman who lives alone and while I would have liked for the gates to close and more security, overall it’s been a good experience.

I lived at Rivershore apartments at 2064 for about a year. In my opinion it’s just like every other apartment complex, but the thing that stood out to me the most was the exceptional customer service I received from Jasmine Miller in management. From the first time I had a problem in my apartment to the day I had to move out, she was there for me doing her job at a high level, with respect and reliability. Some people tell you they will do something just to get rid of you, she really did it. I appreciate her and I hope she gets a chance to see this.

Sad my family has outgrown these apartments. We have to find a bigger home. Overall throughout our years here weve never had an issue with management and maintenance has always responded within a reasonable time frame or set our expectations. The current manager Carmen has been responsive to our requests.

At first it was complicated to get in touch with this office, but they had technical issues. Cynthia was really nice and helpful as well as Jasmine. It was a good experience Cynthia helped me with my application process currently just waiting to move in. I will give an update on that.*UPDATE*If you dont care about nuisance, garbage overflowing and parking welcome to the ghetto. Cheapest in the area but dont let the cheapness fool you. Glad to say I am moving out of this dump. Also manager lives on site and let me tell you theres no pride in her for her community.

I’ve been living here for a year and these apartments are trash. When I first moved here it was ghetto, fights & shootings would happen. The gates are broken. There is mold growing and as much as we clean it, it still comes back. The shower pipes are frozen and they don’t fix it bc they would have to shut down the whole complex. The walls are cheap. Water leaks and gets all over the floor when someone above us takes a shower. They leave notices on the door that we need to pay rent when we have receipts that we paid it. They try to scam and this is definitely not somewhere you want to live.

So during our tenure at this apartment complex last year, the pool was only open for about the first two months, and was closed until the weekend after our move out for maintenance. Ironically enough after Id reported in a survey that they werent cleaning it to their parent company. The hot tub was also out of order before we moved in, and after we moved out a year later.Our apartment came with a handful of issues, and it took bothering them for weeks to get a door put in that we were told would be replaced within the week we moved in.The fitness center has been closed since before we moved in and used as a mail room, and a month before our move-out, they put out letters that we had to sign up for some service or they were going to be returning or discarding mail. (This was not followed up on, though the fitness center is still non-existent.)And now, a month after my move out date, I get my packet of post-lease info.They sent a letter telling me I didnt pay some extra 700 dollars that is listed as rent. However, going through my bank statement, I paid the day before the last day to post rent just under 1200 prorated for the month, as well as a 95 dollar payment days before when they only charged me for utilities at the start of the month. The rest of the packet shows that there was nothing in the apartment that required fixing or anything of the sort, as Id expected.They then applied 500 of my deposits made towards the apartment to this balance I owe, and billed me for an extra carpet cleaning that wasnt necessary, but that I understood. So atop all of this, they are excluding the extra approximately 1100 in deposits I had put into the apartment.Summary: This apartment complex is one of the cheapest in the east bay that isnt section 8. That being said you will be paying for a bunch of utilities you wont have access to, and you will then not get your deposit back.If I dont end up getting some money back, Im going straight for an attorney. Recommendations appreciated.

Great place to live. Management is really giving the whole place an overhaul. Management responds quickly to questions. I’ve been here almost a year and not had any issues.

Be careful!!! People seriously! the office staff Raquel and Blanca Valdez (Mexican women) stole me $160 in 4 applications we got an agreement for July 15 and those thieves broke and moved it in favour of them, for June 6 but it wasn’t that the agreement those swindlers changed it Blanca Valdez and Raquel like to fight in order to keep your money they didn’t give me back my money they swindled me even the manager of that place she didn’t do anything be extremely careful!! with Raquel and Blanca Valdez and the manager of that place they’re swindlers!!!! I got proofs and Those thieves lied and denied everything I’m saying because that’s what those swindlers do Blanca Valdez, Raquel and the manager of that place be careful!!! They’re swindlers!!! And big Liars!!!! Seriously I don’t recommend you rivershore apartments is a big fraud! Be careful!!! People

These whole apartments need help. My cousins car has been broken into 5 times & stolen once. We went to the office and the lady messaged the main boss. Lets see his/hers respond due to helpung us with problem, either cameras or better security because security here SUCKS and doesnt do their damn job. The office changes workers and managers every 5 minutes it feels. We havent been here a year yet and this is supposed to be a gated community. ITS NOT. These apartments suck. Its not even worth a breath.

My car has been broken into 5 times and stolen 1 time and I haven’t even been living here for a year yet. This is suppose to be a gated community and the gates are broken. There our no cameras and security sucks! I suggest not living here. Wish I could move out immediately!

Horrible apartments, I have 4 months living here and it is a misfortune, there is no light in the public area, the garbage bins are always full, they have no security, and the worst part is that if something stops working or is in bad condition inside your apartment and you are going to inform them what happens so that they solve it as soon as possible, they ignore you and they never do anything, they just tell you that if they will come soon to fix it and they will never do anything. terrible service in all cases. I would never recommend anyone to live here.

This is a great place to live, the people are super friendly especially the workers, they help you in anyway they can. They do a GREAT job keeping the grounds clean and keeping the environment safe.

GREAT JOB !! These people are amazing, they know how to do there job, the maintenance are ALWAYS on top of work orders. They have improve over the years, the environment is so different, they really have done an amazing job.

Horrible place to live, this place does not fix any issues. Problems with black mold. They just paint over everything thing ! Security does not secure area. Lots of break-ins,shootings, drugs... I was trying to post pictures but its not allowing me to however Management does not care about the safety of this community. It is trash and unsafe... there are no cameras on this property site

Loved maintenance but thats it! This was the most horrible experience Ive ever lived through! The outside was always filthy with litter, dumpsters always overflowing everywhere, the violence was unbelievable, and my apartment when water damage everywhere, they never cleaned up after themselves, we payed alot for a ugly damaged place. Oh ya, we were always fighting over parking due to 11 broke down vehicles at once taking up the spaces and never being towed. I would never recommend this place to anybody

Absolutely horrible experience as many reviewers stated. Unsafe environment, there was a shooting next door on our move in date, the upstairs neighbor was robbed, not a place to raise a 3yr old in. The management is a joke, they held very important court documents for months and never called to say they were there waiting. Never responded to our 30day notice, we were told we would NOT be charged an early termination fee because we moved out for very serious reasons....black mold growing all over the apartment, they refuse to take care of the issue, the ac leaks, the heater could not be turned on because of the smoke smell and the fact that it set off the fire detectors each time, it was infested with roaches and other bugs, the security guard kept taking pictures of my roommates daughter which is very unsettling, now that weve moved theyre trying to add on an early termination fee. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. And still they refuse to answer the phone. Think twice before applying here, we now live in a 3 bedroom house for $300 cheaper.-Update: 6 months later and they want to send us a bill for $6000...uhm excuse me...how is our 30day notice date October, we moved out in November 2017 and we have incured additional charges from Dec 2017, Jan/Feb 2018 and you bill us in May 2018, not to mention their dates and information on the bill do not match our records, our rent was NEVER $1091....something isnt adding up...this whole time we have not heard from management, there was no acknowledgement of our 30day notice, no phone calls back, no emails...ZERO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Moved here a year ago and I will never comeback I wanted to go to Pittsburg PA I am a big Steelers fan! Found a rat in my bed the third night.

Only lived here 3 wks and already trying to move.(How is the complex address in Pittsburg, but my apt is Bay Point?)>Had to move in in the dark; something went wrong with my lights & outlets in the hours since I got the key. (But oven & fridge worked!) 24 maintenance line is a joke. Never even called me back. Lights were on in the morning. TOO LATE!>Office closes during the middle of the day for no apparent reason. They claim its for tours, but maintenance says otherwise and the closed sign is up.>I sill have no working gate code. They were out of extra remotes, so my daughter was parking outside in the middle of the night.>They assigned me a parking space that was already assigned. Then assigned one that theyd given permission to somebody else to use. They refused to move. I work very late. Theres often NO parking at 2-4 am. It took banging on their door at 2 am and calling a tow before I finally got my spot. Theyve threatened myself, my car, and made false allegations that Id slashed their tires. (Tires were fine.) These are the type of people and management here.>Showers were connected backwards, so cold was hot. (One of those single-handle faucets.) Scalded my daughter. We were without a shower all weekend until I figured it out. Office was... inexplicably closed. Figures.>Kitchen faucet wasnt connected to hot water.>Air conditioner drain wasnt connected. (Heat wave!) It soaked under my bathroom sink and poured out onto the floor.>Master bedroom window frame is broken & wont fully close. Still waiting on the repair.>Dont be fooled by newly remodeled. Im not sure who did the remodelling, but they didnt know what they were doing. (See the water??)>The landscaping is primarily large open spaces of raw dirt. That photo with the beautiful green field and playground? Ive no idea where that is. Thats not representative at all. Maybe that was from when they built the place?>In the 3 wks Ive been here, there has been major police activity at the major intersection *4* times. Once they blocked off the roads and had scary big guns.>Roundtable refuses to deliver here after dark; a delivery driver was beaten up.>Hey theres a pool! Ive never used it, but its got to count for something... right?!

Contra Costa county Sherriffs Department, K-9 Unit with rifles and dogs arrive almost daily. Scares the kids!

These are THE worst apartments in history. Management team consists of a bunch of lazy, over medicated, clown make up wearing malicious women, especially Carmen. And maintenance is lazy it took them a whole month to put a screen on the window & fix the window pane, and it still can not open. If you are thinking of moving here DONT! Garbage is always overflowing, pool is never open, and laundry room is dirty & always has broken washers.

Don’t move into these apartments you’ll regret it.

Inhabitable place for many reasons, do not waste your time coming here, also apartments are very outdated from the inside and need tons of work

The worst apartments..... Mess after fixing the flood at my living room... All my furniture covers with dust... Need to contact the owner as soon as possible.

Office should open at 8 but the office is closed.
