Mr. Bassett, his son, and team did a great job for us. They executed exactly what we asked them to do at a very fair price. We had asked them to cut down trees that were over a back deck. They cut with precision so that the deck was not impacted or scratched. With 30 years of experience it was awesome to witness the craftsmanship. I also appreciated the fact that I called for a quotation and hours later Mr Bassett was on site to quote our project. Another part of the service that I appreciated was the clean up. After cutting down 10–15 dead trees, no trees or debris were left behind. I would recommend this company, and trust that they will do a stand up job for you.

Very please with their timeliness and efficiency!I called to get a quote for clearance alone a commercial building edge. They not only quoted it immediately, but came back out (at my request) to discuss scaling back the project a bit, gave me a new quote and did the work the following week.I will call on them again and recommend to friends and family.

Contacted them July 5th and again on July 15th and was assured they would be there within a day. Never bothered to show up or contacted us to cancel. I hired someone else and the job was done within 48 hours.We will never contact this guy again.

I didnt actually get any work done by this company. I asked for an estimate to remove limbs from a neighbors tree, that were causing a problem in my yard. I was given an estimate for removal of all the limbs on my side of the fence. I was also told for $100 more, they could remove a couple other trees that lean over the fence, but are not in my yard. I agreed to the price and asked them to do the job. I was never given a day, although I asked, but had to call them 3 times to nail down a time. The day they got there, I was told they could take the neighbors whole dangerous tree down for twice the cost of my bid. When I refused to pay for them to remove the neighbors tree, I was told my job was underbid, and the cost to remove the limbs in my yard would cost as much as removing the whole tree. Needless to say, I refused to have them do the work and will be getting other bids. There is definitely something unprofessional and crooked about this company. Get everything in writing!

Bassett Tree Service is awesome! They came out the next day after a huge branch fell in our yard. They have cut down several trees for me and other family members of mine and we are all very satisfied! They do a great job cleaning up, and are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

These guys bid to cut down 6 pines was much lower than the competition. It took a while til they could get to my job (about 2 weeks) but when they did I was overwhelmed by how clean, neat and thorough a job they did. Wood was stacked, all small debris cleared, and they were very careful not to damage other nearby plants, fences etc. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this company.

Great good and great price!!! Cut down 10 trees in our yard in about 4 hours (one was growing around power lines). I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely wonderful job cutting down my trees, the clean up was amazing and stacking the wood behind my shed without being asked. Cleaned up all the tiny tree branches all while being extremely professional. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

They showed up within days of the quote and did an excellent job. They removed 4 trees, made recommendations on other landscaping issues and cleaned up very well after the job was complete. Easily the best service in the area.

VERY RUDE! Was short with me and didnt even seem like he wanted to give me the time a day when I was on the phone with him. Wouldnt even come out to give me an estimate on a tree removal, I was polite as possible and just asked simple question. He was rushing me off the phone. Wont ever get my business, I will go else where. Sad when a company not even a mile away from me wont come do it but a company that is 14 miles away are willing to come out and do it.
