Rented the princess castle for my daughters bday party and it was a hit! Kids played all day (few adults as well). Set up was quick (about 15min) and Tri City had great customer service! Definitely recommend!

We rented the giant water slide. The kids had the best time, and adults. The guys that set it up and tore it down were great. Great communication. Cant wait for kids party next. Definitely will be renting again. Our friends enjoyed it so much, they will be renting it too.

We rented the giant water slide inflatable and it was an awesome addition to our 4th of July party! Kids from ages 2 to 70 enjoyed it. Crew was on time, efficient and super friendly. Highly recommend and will use again.

I called last min because my Daughter wanted A Unicorn Bounce House and it was Around 1030 at night and i called and i spoke with a nice man named Waylon and he helped me out and was very very Helpful !!!

Very impressed with the Tri city bounce house services. Due to the pandemic I appreciate their caution in sanitizing their equipment while setting up and answering any questions about the products being used to sanitize. I’ve done 2 parties this year for my children and tried two different bouncy houses. One with a water slide and one without. Very pleased both ways. Thank you for your services and a wonderful crew. I would recommend to any of my friends that are looking for good entertainment! Next year I will be looking forward to the elite bouncy house that has two huge water slides!!

I rented the tropical bounce house for my daughter & sons birthday party this year! Loved this company! Waylon & Travis dropped off & picked up, they were super fast, friendly & the type of company I will definitely be going back to! They not only provided excellent customer service but when they came to pick up the bounce house, they had a gift for each of my children! They care about customers & thats rare to find in people! Cannot recommend them enough! I have rented a couple of times. Great service every step of the process. They respond promptly, and help you through the rental process. Once rented, the crew is prompt & professional for setup/tear down. They made sure my yard was clean & I was completely satisfied.My most recent interaction I rented, but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Still the same prompt, professional service! To me service is everything and these guys have it going on!

Called them today and spoke to a younger gentleman on the phone who was very rude. I did ask if they would come out of the service area for extra money in the transaction and instead of being polite and courteous the guy tells me no amount of money would get them to drive an hr to put up a bounce house because they weigh 1700lbs. The rental I was interested in was 500 and I would have gladly paid 1000 to make my 5 year old happy for her birthday. Thanks for not having compassion for people! I will make sure the rest of my family in the bay city area knows not to ever use this place.

Rented for my sons birthday party an all the kids loved it!! (We got the smiley one.) And the guys who came to set up were right on time dropping/ picking up as they said. Very nice people. Highly recommend. Will be renting through them again. :)

I enjoyed a playful day on a water slide/ bounce house with my 8/ 5 & 3 yr old! I promise you, you will not regret it! Waylon and Travis did us right and we will defiantly be back.

Tri-citi bounce house treated us very well. Had a party for the boy and didn’t know what to do, couldn’t book a location because we dropped the ball on planning and reservations. luckily they had a bounce house available. The set up was punctual and professional. Signed the papers and The kids had a great time in the bounce ring. Tear down went pretty smoothly as well. Might book the big one next year with the slide and all, just to try it out we rented the basic boxing ring style. 👌🤙👍
