I bite my nails. A lot. And they were in really bad shape today. Like I was worried they wouldnt even be able to do anything. But oh, my wow. My nails look so nice! Theyre straight and even. Not too thick at all. Theres no bubbles or smudges in the paint. Great experience.

Sooooooo much better now at this place... Steven was AMAZING at my pedicure... he took his time... made sure I was happy with the softness and callous removal and was knowledgeable about foot care in the process... Helen helped me figure out the best way to care for and keep my already long but brittle nails and yet look professional at work and I left with a relaxed mind and happy smile... my new happy place ☺

They are so sweet and amazing at their jobs .. They even handled a very rude lady who got disrespectful about the person doing their job... But the ladies working handled it professionally... Would recommend to everyone!!!

Today was my first time going. I had met Leny at the movies and decided to give them a try. I am very pleased. I love my nails. Went back later today an got a pedicure and a wax from Helen. Enjoyed my time there. Very relaxed atmosphere and they do good work. Thanks ladies!

They are very nice and attentive. I got a pedicure and it looks amazing! I would definitely suggest it to anyone. They are u set new management so things are changing for anyone who might have had a bad experience with the old management. Very clean place!

My sister and I were wanting something to do together after church, so what better sister day than at a nail salon! Its hard to find a nail salon open on Sundays, but Bay Dreams is! The new owners are so attentive, kindhearted, and prompt! We didnt even have appointments - they squeezed us right in! They were also very transparent about their prices and did not charge us any hidden extras that some places Ive been to slip in without telling you. Everything was clean, my fingers and toes look great, and Im definitely coming in again. My new favorite salon in Bay City!

I came here for the first time right before my trip. I had a wonderful experience. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They took real good care of me here. The shop is clean,and modern. Overall really great experience! Would definitely recommend this salon to friends.

I decided to try Bay Dreams because it had good reviews and I’m new to the area, but I was not impressed. The people are very nice though, but I did not have a good experience. The tech who did my dip powder nails kept having to go help other employees so she kept forgetting what step she was on with my nails. They came out too powdery and just not well done. The tech who did my pedicure took the time with prepping my toes which I appreciated, but she did not paint them well at all. Everything just took way too long. For the time and price, my nails should have came out much better than they did.

My feet were bad and I decided to choose this nail salon for get it done & its a wonderful visiting. The shop is cleanliness and spacious and a big parking lot. They did a dipping powder and made sure them very natural :). Thank guys! Definitely be back for my next set!

Ive been going there over a year & always left pleased. Both owners have done my nails excellently. Treated very well. No complaints for nails or pedi. I am rather picky too.

Ivy and Ty (the owners) are extremely rude. She started my manicure after I told her I was looking for a new shop, and considering them, she was still rude. She was rushing me, pulling my hands, being very aggressive, and making ugly comments. I told her she was hurting me and got mad and stated that my nails were done bad the last time I got them done and she was trying to fix them. I was talking to my mom, who was also planning on getting a manicure, and she had an attitude about that as well. After a little while of all of this I told her she was being very rude she stood up and walked away and said shes not doing my nails. She acted like a child and in my opinion this is no way to run a business. I highly recommend looking for a different shop. I definitely will be.

When I got my first pedicure from here, it was the best one I have ever had! With saying that the first time I got my acrylic nails from there they asked if it was my first time being there and I said yes. It seemed like once they knew that the lady gave me a bad nail job. I do recommend getting a pedicure and manicure from Bay Dreams but not to get an acrylic nail job from here.

I have been to four other nail salons in this area but very disappointed until I saw Bay Dreams Nails & Spa. And its was an awesome place! The wait time is extremely short as they have many technician ( maybe almost nine techs ). Moreover, all of price are normal than any salons I know. I couldnt thank them enough for!

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes they do your nails good and sometimes they dont do a good job at all. Also most of the reviews on this are fake!!!

First time in Texas and got my nails done Cindy did my nails and Im not very happy Cindy was friendly service was great but Im just not happy some of the powder dried under some of my nails

Shortest manicure I have had. No soaking, no arm massage. Visiting from out of town. Did not feel relaxed, with all the talking among themselves.

Had a pedi from Kim,, excellent job loved the calf and foot massage on these tired puppies.

It was not a good 1st time visit. I had to wait 15 min. when there were not many customers then the lady could not understand i did not want acrylics on my toes for pedicure. I finally had to dry my feet and walk away. The owner came and asked if his wife could please help me. I did appreciate his concern and worked with them to turn the situation around. Failure in communication may become a problem for this business.

Nice experience for pedicure. I took my son, who wasnt sure about getting a pedicure, and everyone was very nice to us.

Visiting from out of town and almost didnt go here bc of these reviews but Im glad I did!! I got the Hot Rock Pedicure from Chris (wow!) and gel manicure from Michelle (beautiful!) Everybody was extremely friendly and very experienced. I get my natural nails cut and painted every 2 weeks back home and this place was a lot more professional, comfortable and a lot less chaotic than my regular place and I like my regular salon. The pedicure was not ur average pedicure and for $55 it was worth it: soaked, scrubbed, massaged, hot oil perifin, hot rock massage, hot towel wrap, massaged again, did I mention the scented flower petals in the soak? This was one serious pedicure. Planning on going back for facial before I leave town. A++

They are very bad! !! I would like to report them to some one she made my toes bleed. They are not to make you bleed and your feet hurt for days after. This is just BAD.😨

To expensive, my nails are crooked, and look horrible.They are three days old and they look a week or more, (they look like they already need to be filled.)

Set an appointment a few days before, was running a few mins late. Had no problem, I dont think the tech knew English but she did a great job!

They have different manicurists that come in. Some days the manicure is 25. Other days it is 35. They are a little unreliable.

I agree Sylvia..they are rude and very sloppy job. My daughter and I Will not be going back there.

Horrible experience. Was told a 5 minute wait. 45 minutes later, I was still waiting which would have been okay except that they took a walk in that came in after me before me. That’s when I just walked out.
