Sally is the best person to work there! Shes so friendly. They also give out free soap.

We drop our laundry off and pick it up when they call. Lil pricey but not bad. They even fold it!

I would not advise anyone to go here. Many washing machine tagged out of service. Building very run down and staff not friendly. What a disappointment. :(

Called Kim around 830 am Monday and asked if she could handle all the bedding, blankets and sheets from the Tall Ship SV Denis Sullivan before they departed around noon. She had already washed, dried and folded all the personal laundry from the crews of 12 ships all day on Saturday. Six large bags later and 900 am, I dropped them off. At 1135, I picked up every piece of bedding that had been washed, dried, folded and bagged for delivery to a very grateful crew. Thank you for your support of the Bay City Tall Ships Celebration.

Good place to do laundry.

Clean. Staff is helpful and owner was available to them as I explained my problem with washer not spinning all the water out of my rugs.The rugs did not have a latex back and I was using the $6-7 machine. I was told rugs are not allowed.Owner authorized staff to rewash & doing my load. They came out better but still too moist.The 2 stars are for NO SIGNS POSTING AND WEAK OLD MACHINE,

Need repair washers and dryers

I didnt get to do laundry here. Their machines do not accept debit cards, which is totally understandable. But they do not have an ATM either.

I can dry two loads for less than $1.50. My clothes are never wrinkled or damaged from either washer and dryer. I highly recommend this place.

Clean place. Workers there are friendly. Looked like they had a few machines that where broken down. Other than that, its was a good place to do your laundry.

They refuse to fix your laundry if their machine messes up.. half their machines are out of order and have been for forever.. Id take my money elsewhere!! Wont be returning.

Cheap to wash if you can find a machine that is working, compared to other laundry matts, this is filthy.. I wont be going back. the ceiling is leaking.they need to clean the place up.maybe they would get more business ..

Ive used this laundromat several times. The last time the machine broke with my clothes still in the machine and my clothes were in standing water. The clerk on duty said the manager said they could rewash them because it was almost closing time so I agreed and I picked them up the next day. When I got the white clothes back they all had the same stains on them which werent there before they washed them. Spoke with owner Kim who was very rude and actually hung up in my face. They not only lost a customer but I will tell everyone else about the experience I had with them. #nevergoingbackthereagain!
