The lady is awesome and always provides excellent customer service the MANY time I went there!!

Absolutely impossible to get a human to answer the telephone when you have the simplest of questions. You are asked to leave a message with your phone number and are told that youll receive a call back.This is absolutely untrue. My call to them was five hours ago and I have heard nothing at all from them.For the amount of money you save by refilling an ink cartridge, with the inferior ink places like this use, do yourself a favor and get the refills directly from the manufacturer at your favorite retailer. You wont have problems with print quality, you wont void your warranty and you will get the full amount you paid for. I used to be a fan of refilling my cartridges but Ill never do it again. Its not worth it.
