They are the rudest ppl Ive ever dealt with. They rented me a chipper and it didnt work. I ask for a new one and they wouldnt give me one. They kept my money anade me leave. I would suggest going anywhere else but here. They are crooks and steel from there customers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was able to get chairs for our family Thanksgiving dinner on just 1 day notice. The service was exceptionally fast and the employees were all great. Their prices are amazing. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Under no condition if your of color do business with this place . The owner was rude and lied about the truck not being able to pull the tractor . I went and got a f250 cmae back and the other guys rented it he then called back and told them not to rent it to us and called the state police . Then besides that he called other places like Judds and McAllisters also and told them not to rent to us . Please take your business else besides these places . My money is the same color as anyones . But since I wasnt a good ole boi I couldnt rent there .

Great place to rent things youll use once in a lifetime

Very helpful staff and reasonable prices. I rented floor finishing equipment from them and they explained everything about how to use it. Their sanding papers are less than half the price of menards. Ill definitely come here again!

Multiple times we have had poor attitudes from various staff members. Other than that for the most part someone is with you in a reasonable time. Will not be my first choice in rental if I can help it.

I called and received prices, for a full day, for their wood chipper and stump grinder. I was given a price of $125 for each, equaling $250 for the day for both. I repeated $250 twice saying that was a good deal. And asked if i needed anything special for the stump grinder. They said it could be loaded into a truck with two people. When I went to pick them up, the wood chipper was now $190 for the day. And the stump grinder couldnt be loaded with two people. They stated, well we have more than enough guys to load it into your truck. However they didnt come with the grinder to the site were i needed to unload it. I took the wood chipper anyhow because I needed to chip up branches. It was said to chip logs up to 6. It couldnt handle anything over 2. The chipper teeth were junk. After fighting with the unit for three hours i took it back. With drive time and everything I had the chipper from 730 until 11:50 am. I was charged $125! Which apparently was their half day prorated price. It was obvious I was originally quoted the half day price and they wouldnt acknowledge their mistake. I would not recommend their service nor waste my time with their uncared for equipment.

Be sure to ask what a rental period is. I foolishly assumed a week meant seven days, so when I had an item for 7 days I assumed I was paying for one week. When I went to return it they informed me a week was only 5 business days and since I had the item for 7 days I had to pay for a week plus two days. This was an expensive item and it ended up costing me $100 more than I planned on. To say I was angry is an understatement. Especially since I was in at least 3 times during that week renting other tools and they never once mentioned the extra days would cost me extra. They should make it clear to their customers exactly what a week rental is. I rented from them often, but those extra two days lost them a customer.
