I met with the lady with Mega Touch cleaning. We walked through my apartment and discussed what would be cleaned and to what degree. We agreed that she would do a full move out deep cleaning, and shampoo the carpets. After the cleaning, I walked through the apartment to see that the carpets were not shampooed. There was a stain in my carpet that she claimed she couldn’t remove, I have since went through and removed within 10 minutes. The baseboards were not cleaned at all, carpets were poorly vacuumed and not shampooed as discussed, walls were not wiped down, and cabinets were not cleaned out or wiped down. I looked behind the bathroom door and she hadn’t even attempted to sweep or clean - there was trash from when we moved out still there. Terrible service and will never recommend to anybody.
