Lady owner is hard to deal with. She doesnt return calls or texts all the time and if you stand up for your rights she claims you send nasty messages and evicted you and demands a full months rent for only 10 days with the promise of returning the rest of it to you. I have seen many posts where it takes 4 months to get it and it is short money. She is not easy to work with. I wouldnt recommend this place. She is also a liar and claims she sends out a notice that you have not paid your rent when you never got anything.

Female business operator is a LIAR. She didnt return our deposit until 2.5 months after we vacated. The amount refunded was almost $11.00 short of what we were owed as well. Gave two week notice, SWEPT and BLEW out entire unit from ceiling to floor with Stihl leaf blower leaving unit twice as clean as when we moved in, and we moved out a week early with rent paid in full... Called her twice and she tells you shes working on it and she just sent a bunch of deposit refunds out. Im sure its just a coincidence as well that the cost to file a small claims suit is $30 and her deposit fee is $35.

I have done business with this place now for over a year. No the office isnt on site, but the phone number is on the sign and the owner is very responsive. if she doesnt answer leave a voicemail and she calls back usually within a day. Units are clean and well maintained. During the winter the property is well taken care of as best as can be expected with ice and snow. Pay your bill on time and you will have zero issues just like any other place.

Rude manager / owner..No nothing about storage units .. Price cleanliness.. just know she sent me a receipt via text through square box, stating that my storage unit have been paid for on my credit card when I called her back, to let her know I did not have storage and I hope somebody wasnt fraudulently using my credit card she proceeded to get rude and berate me for being concerned come to find out the only thing she actually did was send the receipt to the wrong person to my phone however she did not express this when I called her. I had to call my bank my credit cards and check on all of this. I was very worried that my identity might have been stolen as this is such a common thing these days. She never called me back just to explain what her mistake was, instead when I called her back to let her know she told me I was rude and a liar and that I was talking too much and worried about such a little thing. As a business owner myself I would never do this to customer.. and I would hope that I would actually apologize if I made a mistake that upset someone. Again she had not charged my credit card and someone did not steal my identity however when you get something through your texts stating your storage has been paid for and your credit card was charged $64 and there is no name on it meaning, there was no client name on it I could only assume it was fraudulently being charge to my credit card. I hope she has learned something from this and really does apologize to someone if she makes this mistake again.

Never had any problems till the day we were moving out. Called 3 times to tell her to charge my card and she didnt till 3 weeks later when i called to talk to her about it she blew up on me. Refunded the money without asking and then as my boyfriend was there moving our stuff out she came and locked it. When i call her she wouldnt respond until the police were involved. Then had her husband come meet me to get the money in cash and unlock the unit but now wont respond about the deposit. Unit was 100% clean and in good condition. She is very rude and unreasonable.

Owners are very nice and have had no issues, just pay your bill on time and there wont be any issues. I will recommend this storage unit facility to friends and family. Management is polite and friendly, not to mention it is in a nice primary location! Very convenient!

I can not Review their storage units.i dont have one . I can give u a review on their terrible customer service. Today I received a text message that my credit card had been charged 64.00 for my storage Unit. Their was no name listed . So I immediately CALLED. The phone listed. For storage co. The women( owner/manager) acted mad at me. I explained I dont have a storage and that I was worried that my credit card may be being used fraudulently as I just received this receipt. I am a business owner myself. I was panicking was my credit card Stolen etc. The owner said I will have to call you back in not at the office. Im on the road. I said Im panicking . she was rude and irritated. However.. There was a place on this texted receipt you could dispute . so I said not. My bill. I have no storage. Fraudulent. I received the most rude reply from the owner that stated I was rude. A liar. I never received a call back from her to explain it was her mistake She just. Sent the receipt via text to the wrong number. This could have been so easily remedied by a quick phone call and apology and explanation. Instead I was made to feel that this was my problem when it was her company that has sent me the receipt stating that my storage unit had been paid for and they had charge my credit card. I had to check into my accounts debit card credit cards and business accounts credit card debit card to make sure they had not been charged. And theres that immediate Panic that you get when you feel your cards may have been stolen or possibly your identity. Im still overwhelmed at this business owner she never said Im so sorry. Instead she said I talk too much and I shouldnt make a big deal out of it. In this day and age you cannot be too careful with your identity your credit cards in a world that is full of fraudulent activity ..we are told to Monitor and be aware..So if this is her type of customer service I feel sorry for her customers.

She likes to take forever to give your deposit back, but if your late a payment you have to pay 1 dollar a day for everyday its late. Dont advise anyone to go to this place.

She never gave us our deposit back.. gave her a 2 wk notice even swept the unit out . We even was out 2 wks before our next months rent was due..
