Since my normal service was booked I thought I’d try someone else. I booked my cab almost 3 hours in advance and they completely no showed. I tried calling several times and was sent to a full voicemail after each call. Never again will I attempt to call them when I may need a ride. My normal driver squeezed me in after he heard my sob story and I began to walk the 2 miles home.

Ask for the price ahead of time after youd book your ride, because theyre definitely overcharging theyre customers. Especially, people of color. They figure, they dont need your business because youre theyre less customers, so theyre not going to be fair.

A friend flew in from out of town. My car was in the shop. We had to call a cab or uber. A guy named Dan picked us up. He had us laughing so hard with an act as if he was a tour guide and we were from another country. And on your left you will see a bridge. This town is full of bridges. They close them all on the same day just for the fun of it. Ohemgee hilarious. Living here for as long as I have I know this is true. Bridge closing season is a thing. Ill call greater bay again for the comedy.

Girls night out and neither of us were in a position to drive. Saw one of your cabs drive by. Called the number and was responded to right away. Driver, named Dan, was enroute with another passenger at the time, but our wait was considerably short. My co-passenger was a bit too indulgent at the bar and was rather loud in the car. Dan the driver was so polite and tolerant of her BS and Id like to apologize again for her behavior. Cab was clean, we got to our destination safely, and now we know who well be calling for our next night on the town.

Had a couple great experiences with this company recently. First, they saw us home safely. More importantly though, a week later, they took great care of a senior couple after the polka cruise. We coordinated in advance (thanks guys!) and they took great care of them so they could go have a great time. They were nervous, but were treated with kid gloves. Way to take care of your senior citizen customers!

I was left in the cold no where to go. I called this company and they made sure I got home safe. Without them Id still be on the street. Please take them and support an actual company opposossded to money hungry fakes

My husband and I traveled to attend our grandsons graduation in May 2018, we had Jan as our cab driver and she was prompt and very pleasant and we started our trip with no issues. On our way home, we had flight delays, missed connecting flights in both LA and Chicago but arriving at MBS, Greater Cab Company was right there, waiting for us. I had to leave messages to let Jan know we would be late. She was not able to be there to bring us back home, but she made sure our cab was right there on a Sunday evening at 8:15 p.m.Great Job Greater Bay Cab Company!!!!! Thank You!

Horrible company always late and the owners girlfriend has a lot of drama and talks to much. Smelly cars and they always have others in the cars... smh! Glad theres other cabs in town!!!

Jan is by far their best driver she goes above and beyond her Call of Duty for her patrons. Theres a couple of the drivers that work there they can probably take a note from her.
