Terrible experience. Bought a draminski 2 and it did not work. After several attempts to speak with someone about the return policy after 2 people said they do not do returns on the draminski 2 I finally was able to get return info. So I sent it back expecting my $469.99 refund.. Best Harvest felt it was only right that they charge me a $47.00 restocking fee for their defective product.. I want my $47.00 back as I would never have returned it if it was not junk and broken.. I will be plastering this experience all over Facebook so all my breeder friends are aware of how they will be treated if they buy anything from Best Harvest and it does not work. Also the one employeeMary said there is no reason for people to breed with so many rescues. We are reputable Golden Retriever breeders. This has been a nightmare..IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE::I tried 2 times to use that machine and tried 2 times to return it but was told they do not refund those machines. So I did try to return it!! You will not make me look bad. I have been more than patient with your people.........
