UPDATE: In response to the essay written by the owner... I appreciate you taking the time to write all that out, and the apology at the top, but all of the defensive details below it do not change the simple fact that you ran out of product, and you didnt figure it out until after you started the job... which put me in the awkward spot of having to make the choice of whether or not to be out of a vehicle for a second full day while you corrected the mistake. I could respond to each of your statements but it would not change anything that has already happened. I already had another company look at the truck and scheduled the work to be finished and the back window to be fixed.___________This place is a joke. I made an appointment last week on Monday for Thursday. When they gave me the original quote, it wasnt for all of the work I wanted so the price was wrong... so they texted me saying it was going to cost more. Pretty unprofessional right out of the gate. I was also told it wouldnt take all day, but their drop off window is 930a-5p just in case.The day of, my boyfriend dropped my truck off and it was nearly 5 hours later that they called me and told me they actually ran out of the tint that I requested because they used it on other cars windshields (which Im pretty sure is illegal?), so they couldnt finish my truck. Theyd already done my back window but not my passenger windows or sun strip. Wouldnt you measure your material BEFORE you started? Then they tried to sell me repeatedly on putting darker tint then I wanted on the front so they could finish it. This was on Thursday, so now the work had to be pushed into the next week so they could order more of the correct tint to be delivered.They again texted me rather than calling me on the following Tuesday morning to tell me the tint came in, scheduled me for the next day and said I still had to have the truck there a full day because they were fitting me in to their schedule, like their mistake wasnt the issue in the first place. Two lost days to get a two door truck tinted?They also dont take credit cards.The only good thing I can say is that they didnt charge labor for the 1/4 of the job they did manage to finish, only charged me for material. So theres that, I guess. However, the corners on two panels of my back window are already bubbling, so yeah.Ive had tint on 7 out of 8 vehicles Ive owned, and have never ran into a tint shop that ran out of tint... nor have I ever had the tint bubble up in less than a week.In short, dont bother with this place.

Today, we had our windows limo tinted in our Cadillac for our baby set to arrive in a few weeks. We worked with Dom and he was incredibly professional and informational. We highly suggest this business and will definitely be returning!

Very quick response to online inquiries. While other shops were looking at a 30 plus day wait I went from inquiring to installation in under 36 hours. Veteran owned and quality service all with a family atmosphere reinforced my decision to use Galactic Shades for my vehicle window tint.

Best window tint in town!! they are extremely nice and make it so easy to pick out what you want and even have a bunch of examples to show u all the different options, & they are very on top of there scheduling i called and got in the very next day highly recommended if your looking to get anything tinted they also have and option to get your headlights and tail lights wrapped definitely going back to get that done very soon!!

Finished the tint job in a timely manner but the next day I had a big bubble (the size of a half dollar at least) and a few small bubbles in the rear window tint. Texted the owner about the defect and he said he would look at his schedule and get back to me for a time to come back in to fix it. Never heard anything back after that..

Ind like to say that Dom is a great channels partner. We have a customer move to his area and he handled that and there needs to 100% perfection! Being in the bunisses for over 25 years Im very selective on who we refer or massive customer base too. He out did our expectations and made the customer as happy as it would be coming to us! Thank you Dom for and being a student and stand up person to up hold window film qualities and work! We would without a doubt send a lead his way again!

Called them to schedule a tint and they got me right in and had it done a few hours later, the tint was applied with amazing precision and the price was not bad either for what I was getting compared to other tinting places in town

I got my window tint done here at Galactic shades by Dom, Dom was fast, friendly and made sure to take the time to inform me that I needed to leave that window rolled up for 3 days before it could be used. I also messaged Dom late on Tuesday night when I had discovered that my son had peeled the tint off of my mother in laws car that I was barrowing for the week Dom did not hesitate to answer even with I being as late as it was he got me right in the next morning to take care of my problems I will always use galactic shades window tinting. If you are looking to get your car right with summer right around the corner I would 100% recommend talking with these guys first.

This was my first time getting my windows tinted and that being said i didnt know much about the process and how its done. Dom explained it to me very easily, and answered any questions i had. For the price and time it took to get my windows tinted, it was well worth it. 10/10 would come again.

Even though I was way late, they were still nothing but nice, and even finished my jeep early. Its crazy how much cooler the inside of my vehicle is now. Dom is a really cool guy and very easy to work with. I drove from 2 hours away and when I got there they told me it wouldn’t be ready until 5ish. I explained that I wasn’t from the area and I didn’t have a ride anywhere, they understood and got my car in right away and started working on it immediately. They did a fantastic job on the quality and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
