Reached out over email, just got a canned response. Didn’t seem very welcoming at all. With mental health you have to go the extra mile and make someone feel welcome. Hopefully I can find somewhere else that is nice
A wonderful organization with kind staff!
Staff is amazing, friendly and really helpful! Ive had huge improvements in my life ever since going! 10/10 recommend!
The worst place i been to for treatment. I called the place a few times about my medications but refused to refill. When talking to a therapist there, its like talking to a brick wall. And when i tell people there how im feeling, they jump into conclusions and called me a attention-seeker straight up. They dont consider their patients thoughts or opinions on certain things. Its been almost 7 months without my medication and still nothing. This place is a joke. Highly not recommend to anyone. Go anywhere but this place.
Patient centered planning. The patient is the center and everything is planned around them!!!AVOID Dr. Sajid Hussain he will over medicate you, not listen to your concerns and will make determinations based on phone call, and will call it being seen. He is a fraudulently diagnosing doctor. He is what makes Summit Pointe look bad . He makes a real doctor work harder because they have have pick up the pieces.AVOID case management because they will assign case managers without informing the client. If a case manager is assigned on one date and Im not informed until 3 weeks later and they make decisions about my treatment. Not cool. Also, if case manager is to complete a treatment plan, they should do it, with the patient. No, I received the letter and completed form before meeting with my case manager. They have good people, but let the bad take control.
Did nothing to really help me. Terrible therapists and unhelpful, uncaring staff. Ive been seeking treatment for months now and nothing has changed.
I wouldnt recommended it AT ALL, a good 90% of the time is wastes in them rescheduling. Your supposed to help people not push them away until they leave.
Big a wide, nice music can get a little noise by people who talk to much. But this resource is a big health
I visit this Summit point regularly, and love the staff/Doctors/Nurses, your treated as if they really do care about you. Dr.Gandy, is one of the best Doctors Ive had to work with. The only complaint I can really say is the front desk, when checking in for appointments/Groups, sometimes you have to stand and wait while they take phone calls, and they sometimes seem to get short with you and dont really seem to be in a good mood....one in particular always seems to be rude and short with me, something personal? Lets hope not 😉 but otherwise satisfied with summit pointe, their staff, and services, Im thankful 😊
Ahhh, this place kinda sucks, but can be helpful.
So if any places were considered shrines of Satan itd be these places. Dont go thier. Youve been warned. Told ya so.
Was seen by a total quack, trying to file complaint and asked to speak with a supervisor but was called by a peon. quack caused my blood pressure to go sky high, had to take extra pill that day. dont know name of qauck as he never told me his name but i will find out & he better watch out! i will file complaints with every dept that i can! Quack quack quack, quack quack quack, quack quack quack quack quack here a quack there a quack everywhere a quack, quack quack quack quack quack quack quack, quack quack quack quack quack.
Everyone was fine and nice at first.Knowing how addiction works and how sometimes it takes a few times to get it right.Sherry Sims who runs the place will b mean to u of u get it wrong and try to come back. She can b mean and spiteful,i never in my life thought she could make u feel so bad for being an addict.
Helpful, caring people.
They dont really want to help me, give me the run around will not recommend them
