Fantastic Western snowplow repair shop very knowledgeable.and very fair lrices

This review is simply my personal opinion. If youre thinking about buying a plow for your truck, you may want to consider some place else.We purchased 2 brand new Western snow plows and a strobe light package and paid to have them installed on 2 trucks. We have had nothing but problems with the equipment, the installation and the customer service.The strobe light kit did not work properly from day one. The tail light housings were never sealed up properly causing moisture build up and the brake lights would flash on and off whenever the brakes were used. We took the truck back 3 times and finally just asked them to disable the strobe lights. No discount or refund was offered. The wires are still dangling below the back bumper.One of the plows was a complete nightmare from the start. The plow still is not working properly. Once again, the manager was not willing to do anything. I ended up paying another company to repair the problems with this snow plow.I observed poor workmanship and horrible customer service.

Piss poor service, They are never there to help a customer, They WILL NOT stand behind any product they sell. Its all about the final sale. They should lose the western dealership. Last year I had my plow fluid and was told it would cost $80.00 and my bill was $225.00 Had to pay to get my Truck out of their locked garage. Trashy Business.

Bought a brand new plow 9’6” from theses fools . The gave me a 8’6” . I didn’t notice for a few years my fault for not looking . They even took bolts of my truck and front hooks telling me that because I had a plow I couldn’t have them on it . I was new to plowing my fault again . Trust goes a long way until your effed over
