Just started working out there they are helpful if you have question

Tonight I went to tan. I love their tanning machines because I could tell a difference after my first visit and thats important to me. Plus the entire fitness and tanning areas have always been very clean and the employees always have been very friendly and knowledgeable. My time at Planet Fitness has been nothing but a great experience and I would recommend them 100% without hesitation. Thats why they deserve5 stars!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Planet Fitness is absolutely amazing they have every exercise machine that you can think of plus a Tanner really nice place and nice and clean

Very clean and has lots of things you can work out on plus free trainers and suntanning and all kinds of stuff it is fun

Always felt comfortable. I loved how clean it was. The stuff for sale is pretty expensive but you can bring your own stuff and its pretty awesome

Love it. I workout at my own pace. Its well lit and clean. The equipment is also cleaned regularly. Its also well maintained. They have a circuit room which is nice when I need to get in and out. They massage bed and massage chairs are nice to work out any kinks you may have from working out or from your day to day activities. There is a room with some what I call fighter training equipment....but the thing is its not intimidating. For me the bonus ....Planet Fitness is open 24 hours, so no excuses.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I was nervous when I joined a few years ago. After one day, I was comfortable. They keep it clean and always a positive experience.

Great place for people who want to get in shape without judgement.

My husband and I have had a bad taste from planet fitness for a while, until HERE. We moved from 5 different ones, until we decided to try again a few years later and WOW. Battle Creek is the only reason I’m still a member. They’re clean, have so many machines, AND DO NOT JUDGE YOU FOR ALREADY BEING FIT like most planet fitnesses do. I felt unwanted everywhere else, judged everywhere else but here.

The lady Karen was very disrespectful from the get go. I come here everyday and she acted like I was never here the lady was very rude. She forced me to get my picture taken after 3 weeks of coming here as with my friends she never had a problem with them.

Staff is very nice! Equipment is up to date and great! Entire buliding is clean and neat. Love working out here.

Love the gym. Not enough dumb bells and bench presses had to always wait on them. Unable to keep my work out going need bigger space for free weights and bench presses.

Cheap memberships, polite staff, clean environment and great equipment. Unfortunately, not many free-weights and deadlifts and squats can only be done on a Smith machine.

Safety measures are being taken due to COVID. Mask are required. It was easier than I thought it would be to workout in a mask.

Have to wear a mask which makes working out a little challenging but the place is very clean. Not very crowded. No problem getting the machine you want.

Pleasent staff, good equipment.

The amount of free weights feels limited and only goes up 60lbs. It seems to force everyone to use the machines instead. The treadmills are OK, the center flex models are more comfortable and easier on the knees though. For now it is an acceptable place to get a workout in.Thanks.

Member for 3 years before Covid. Usually went 3 days/week for 30-40 minutes. Cancelled mbrship cause I was then 75 yrs old. Rejoining now that I’ve received both vaccine shots.Go. Get in a schedule groove & it’s easy to keep going.

Cheap, and has a lot of things to do! Massage beds, tanning beds (if you have the black card), arm, leg, and aerobic work outs. There are tvs to watch and you can plug in headphones to hear it. They also offer a 30 minute exercise room, where you do a bunch of exercises all in 30 minutes.

Its a really good place to relieve stress and to focus on you for a while and make you feel better

Honestly just happy to be able to go to the gym again. Antimaskers, they are requiring. Sorry yall.I recommend a bandanna or something easy to breath through!Theyre doing one machine apart rules right now, but its not so bad.Dont know if the black card spa is usable. Doors were open so, assuming so.

Ive had a lot of gym memberships over the years, for the cost this is by far one of the best gyms I have ever been to. Their basic membership gets you to the gym, and provides the basics of what you would expect from a fitness center, but their upgrade membership gets you all the amenities, and a bargain price. The staff is friendly, and the equipment is always clean and in working order. By far one of the best fitness experiences Ive had!

Has the equipment I use at a great price and great hours. I dont feel out of place. The fitness plan created for me would be more appropriate for a younger man than me but had some good suggestion of different exercises to do.

The staff seems miserable. They pick and choose who they want to speak to. They just stand there and stare at everyone. I think they need to pay them more.

I am beyond happy with my decision to get a black card membership. I tried my first class tonight, and it was truly top notch. I had a great time, got a great workout, and met some fantastic people. Jessie is amazing. He taught me so much and did so in a kind, professional, judgement free manner. This is definitely where I belong!

I used my black card membership benefits for the first time today and was not disappointed!! The new doors make it feel very VIP and the new floors are very nice. Very happy with my decision to get the black card!

Love this gym no pushy sales people trying to sell you on classes or personal trainers. I go get my work out in peace in a clean and friendly atmosphere and leave no fuss no problems

This is the ideal gym in town, they have tons of equipment so no open machines is a rarity. The fact that they’re 24 hours makes it even better to work with anyone’s schedule. Nobody messes with you and if you mind your own business, just a good place to workout overall.

New tanning beds are great as well as the new rowing machines. Friendly staff and AWESOME that they serve pizza on the first Monday!! Battle Creek club is by far my favorite i’ve visited.

They impose more restrictive social distancing measures than the state requires. I am medically unable to wear a mask. Had to cancel my membership because of liberal bias against Americans with Disabilities.

Clean place to workout with brand new equipment and was recently renovated. Recommend going before 6 am and after 6pm. It fills up fast.

Loved stopping in to this PF location while visiting family for the weekend. Lots of machines and great customer service at the front desk.

I have only been going for a couple weeks, but this place is amazing. Ive had minor issues with one employee but I havent let that stop me from my goal, which is to work out and loose weight. This building is very well kept with lots of updates. Other gyms in the same company seem a bit dated compared to this one. The locker room is awesome with private showers!

Great helping staff. Clean, working machines. People tend to leave you alone while working out. Really a no judgment zone.

No Judgement Zone is a TRUE statement - not just fluff! The staff are awesome, helpful and extremely polite. Whether you are 18 or 80; 100 lbs., or 400 lbs., they have something for everyone. They are more than willing to work with you to develop a workout plan tailored to YOU. If you have questions, they are wonderful about answering them. No matter how foolish YOU might feel when asking, they are quick to correct you: the ONLY foolish question is the one NOT asked!! The equipment is top of the line, with a vast array of choices. Open 24/7, the facilities are safe, clean, and secure. WAY TO GO PF!!

Doing curls on the machine in the circuit room, with nobody else in there; because someone was already using the similar machine on the main floor. 2 guys came up to me, and one asked me to leave the circuit room, if I was not going to do circuits. One guy just stared me down. Again, nobody in the room, and only a few people in the gym. Please, have some flexibility in your policy, or hire people with common sense. Instead, of having people in charge that just want to flex their authority, to a customer, because they can. Thats definitely how it came off! ( Picture immediately after I was asked to leave)Still here. Finished curls and went to do cardio. While on the treadmill, I watched a young man in the circuit room, on the same machine for over 5 minutes, Not following the circuit regiment. So, why was nothing said to him?

I been working out there for a week now and I love it everyone helps you feel comfortable and even helps set up a work out that you can handle no matter if its just wanting to work out or you have medical problems to work around. They are all a great stuff and I know you might just like it as much as we do.

I love this place! Workers are very friendly, everything is kept clean. The locker rooms are wonderful! They have an area in the womans locker room where you can do your makeup and dry your hair, they also have showers along with separate dressing rooms.

They are really cleaning and practicing social distancing.

Great place to workout on a tight schedule since they are open 24 hours and i can use the 30 minute workout room. When i have time i love to use the massage beds as well :-)

This is a pretty good gym. Its for the everyday person who wants to work out. I would not recommend it for body builders. Lots of cardio machines. Never had to wait for one. Locker rooms have always been clean, never a bad smell. Bathrooms clean too.

Im assuming its a typical planet fitness, with the treadmills front and center, so you dont get intimidated. The free weights are off to the side, and the machines, are in front of the mirrors, like they should be. The tables and chairs were and interesting thing, hand shaped chairs. Lol. The staff is friendly, the locker room I was in was clean. It was a safe environment for people.

I only went there two time and I never felt so good. I slept better,less pain in my back and legs. I feel great. I recommend this place for anyone who is suffering from stress and body pain and stiffness.. Im 80 years old and feel great.

I wouldnt call this a gym. This is more like a treadmill factory. With free weights that only go to 60 lbs and no Bench Press, Squat rack, or Dead lift platform they are denying you the 3 most important exercises. They give you 4 Smith Machines and think thats good enough. They call this place The Judgement Free Zone but the Judge you when you want to actually strength train... they do have nice locker rooms/showers and are open 24 hours so thats nice. So If youre looking to actually workout find someplace else but, if youre OK with doing cardio all the time then this is the place for you.

Awesome! The facilities are so clean at every level from bathrooms to the equipment. Staff and fellow customers are so eager to help. It is truly a judgement free atmosphere!

A good place for basic exercise regiments. Very friendly staff with a truly judgment-free environment. Showers are acceptable, but could use a little more cleaning attention.

Planet Fitness has failed to provide the proper customer care.

In my experiences I dont feel comfortable, while the signs clearly say, judgement free zone, the employees clearly judge. The sideways glanced and giggles are an indicator. I have not been back to this location in over a year and probably never will again.

I just started working out at the Battle Creek location. It hasnt been that long but I am presently pleased with them. The place is always well stocked and clean, including the bathrooms and shower room. They have a huge selection on the tele. I havent had any issues with the busy time. All equipment is available when I work out. The staff is always friendly and helpful too.
