The woman at the counter yesterday afternoon was very sweet and pleasant. The store was clean and organized. Service was fast and easy.

I was a customer service representative for over 30 years. I only hope I was as good at it as the person who helped me send a small FedEx package today. She was cheerful, knowledgeable and so very patient dealing with an elderly person who had no idea what to do (me.) I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Dave and Heather were nothing short of amazing.I purchased a coin-operated phonograph from Stantons auctioneers and they picked up the phonograph, packed and shipped it to me....it arrived in perfect condition....this was the first time I ever had an auction item as delicate as this packed and shipped and after this experience I will definitely bid again at Stantons as long as I know Park Mail is there to handle the phonograph in a professional manner...it was as if they were taking care of their own treasured possession....and their pricing was very reasonable...who can ask for more...!!!!!Thank you thank you thank you

I purchased antiques online from Stantons Auctioneers and they recommended Pak Mail for a shipping service and they assured me of great service and they were right! David was very friendly and helpful over the phone. My items were well packed and arrived quickly without damage.

I can not say enough good things about Pak Mail in Battle Creek! If customer service means something to you, this is the place to go. Once I discovered it, I quit going to the post office and I have never looked back. I rarely have to wait in a line and when I do, it is maybe 2-3 minutes. Do yourself a favor and make this your go to place for sending packages and even for buying stamps. The convenience is awesome!

If I could give Pak Mail in Battle Creek 6 STARS I would. I purchased a very fragile item in Michigan and needed it to be shipped to my home in New York. The care and attention to detail with packaging my item was OUTSTANDING. My item required 4 separate packages and each one was packed beautifully and arrived safe, secure and on time. The shorter lady working today was pretty rude I won’t be returning.

So I think that she forgot that I asked to use the bathroom after dropping off my box. As I was walking up from the back, I caught the tail end of a conversation. The lady was picking up a box from this store. The girl behind the counter was being very polite, explaining why they check ID for packages. She even went so far as to suggest that the lady ship her boxes directly to PakMail, so there wouldn’t be a delay with the UPS terminal bringing the package from a house to the store the next day. This customer literally told her..and I quote “STOP TALKING AND GIVE ME MY BOX”. If any of you know the PakMail girl, she is delightful and is not afraid of talking. She actually asked the lady “why are you being so mean to me?”. The lady’s response: “Because you were rude to me on Saturday”. The girl responded by saying that she had been super nice but that the package hadn’t been delivered to her yet. She also said that she “wished that she could have helped but she couldn’t, as she didn’t have the package Saturday”. The wench of a lady told her AGAIN (and even more mean than before), to “STOP TALKING AND GIVE ME MY BOX”. Not a word was uttered after. The lady signed a little palm pilot and turned to leave. I came up as the lady was walking out. The girl behind the counter looked at me, smiled, & said, “There is my ray of sunshine!”. How she can still remain positive and upbeat is beyond me. She is the ray of sunshine, not me!

OMG The Girl there is so nice and patient! I don’t know how she does it. There was a hideous lady that was in front of me and the Pak Mail girl was still so nice and friendly. The lady was looking for a package and even though the girl informed her multiple times that the package was scheduled to be delivered to Pak Mail Monday, the lady wouldn’t take her answer. Then the customer said that she felt like she was an “inconvenience” to the Pak Mail girl. The girl so politely said “look at me. Look at my face. You will NEVER be an inconveninece And I will ALWAYS help you. This is my job. It’s what I do. I just don’t have your package yet”. The customer ahead of me still wouldn’t take that as an answer, so the girl turned her cart around so the icky lady could see the names on the packages. I guess her name wasn’t on one of them because she finally left! This poor Pak Mail girl handled the situation so much better than what I would have. I wanted to deck the rotten lady. All I needed to do was drop off an Amazon box and get a receipt. But I will tell you one more thing...if I could buy my groceries and everything in between at Pak Mail, I would! They have the BEST customer service! Even with ROTTEN customers!

Amusing that this place counters their negative reviews with very fact and knowledge based responses. Some people just wouldnt be happy with a free trip to Disney. Then again, there wont be a need for that because I have been a customer here pretty much since they opened and I dont have any negativity to spread. The convenience and reliability of Pak Mail is just too good not to utilize in the Battle Creek area. The Post Office is such an inconvenience and the actual Fed Ex center closed up shop long ago. This is a one stop convenient place where I can park right up front, get nice service and walk away knowing that whatever I sent is going to get wherever it was sent at the promised time. The fact that they are still standing after all those years in a strip mall where everything around them has failed is a testament to the business that they run.

Charged me $.60 for a $.49 postage stamp and he told me they went up!Then another time I mailed a small package and he told me I could only send high priority and charged me $14.00. Ive been going to post office and mailing these flat rate for $6.34.He also told me that the post office was going to only priority on packages. Not true

The owners are always helpful and extremely friendly. They double check addresses, and let you know if they find conflicting addresses for those to whom youve previously mailed items.

Ive shipped thousands of packages through the USPS system, not ONE missing package in 3 years. We needed to use UPS for an order and dropped it off at pak mail, the woman was incredibly rude and guess what, its magically disappeared!! Not a coincidence. Its likely in their garbage because they never got it. Never, ever again.

Brought them a package and wanted to charge me $120 for FedEx. Went right next door to office max to their Fedex and it was only $60 to ship! DONT GO HERE!! When I came in a couple days later he asked me if my package was ready to ship and I told him I brought it over to office max and he instantly turned SUPER RUDE! Note to everyone : Dont buy their boxes here either. There ULINE boxes you can go on their website and get them for .98 cents and the charge like $10 here.

This shipping store is awesome and the lady there is a SUPER STAR! First I want to mention that I DO NOT do reviews! However after what happened in front of me, I truly need to share.The lady at Pak Mail was super busy, hopping from one customer to the next. She was super pleasant and helped everyone with attention to detail & with the best customer service. THEN IT HAPPENED. The man in front of me was next. He placed his untaped box and label on the counter. The Pak Mail lady smiled and said that it was nice to see him again. I gathered from the converstation that he had been in the day before but didnt have his label. She asked if he had brought tape? If not I can............ Before I continue, I want to point out that she had her tape gun in her hand and I could tell that she was going to offer to tape his box. However, before she could get another word out, the man starting yelling at her! And I mean yelling her! He had the nerve to tell her that she had horrible customer service skills! He also pulled out a five dollar bill and said that he was going to give her a tip but not now. He was dangling it front of her so rudely. I WAS SO UPSET, I WANTED TO DECK THE GRUMPY OLD MAN! But then I looked at the lady and decided, shes got this. As this idiot is going off, she is listening, nodding, explaining and actually being nice to him...all while taping his box. She never once glanced away, just beautifully handled the situation. He didnt even say thank you, he simply walked out of the store, oblivious to what a dick he was. I just wanted to turn to him and say OLD MAN, TAKE THAT FIVE, BUY SOME TAPE FOR YOUR BOXES AND DONT LET THE DOOR HIT YOU ON THE WAY OUT! I didnt though, I didnt want to be a jerk like him.I dont ship often but when I do, I always come here. I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are kind, helpful and just really nice people. I say 5 Stars to Pak Mail and keep doing what you are doing. Other stores (and that old grumpy man) could learn a thing or two from you!!!

Pakmail is awesome! Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Id rather go to Pakmail instead of wait in line at the post office any day of the week. All of my eBay sales get shipped from Pakmail, and I always get great feedback from my buyers about how fast and well-packed the shipping is.

As the executor of my mothers estate, I was befuddled on how to ship massive amounts of antique furniture and boxes and boxes of delicate items to family in CA, AZ, & TX. Heather & Dave both were supportive and held my hand through the grueling process. They made the process SO easy and seamless. They loaned me boxes to fill, allowed me to deliver almost 1,700 pounds of goods to be shipped to their store where they efficiently wrapped every item for shipping. Dave gave me bids on how to ship so I could make an informed decision on the amount of money I was spending and how the goods would be delivered. I also appreciated Heathers tenacity when it came to our goods being picked up for shipping. I trusted their decisions and the results were excellent. All three shipments reached their destinations as planned and not one item was damaged. Called to inquire about picking up a package for someone. Heather was extremely disrespectful and would talk over me with an attitude. I would rather hand-deliver a package than deal with her again.

Went here to get a package shipped and it was $70 for UPS. I left and went to the UPS Store and they charged me $32. Over Double here! So I looked at the other reviews and funny enough there is another post with the same problem as me. I guess the owner failed to mention why it cost $120 to ship from him but only $60 to ship from office max on the other review. Dont trust his prices! Theyre Ridiculous. Save you hard earn money and just bring Your package to your nomal fedex or UPS. Dont go here!

David did a great job arranging for transport of a large motorcycle from Battle Creek, MI to Bellingham, WA. The bike arrived safe and sound in timely fashion. We use Pak Mail to ship everything.

SCAM ALERT! Counter help insisted that since one side of my robe box was 17 inches, they would have to claim it weighed 13 pounds rather than the 6.5 pounds it actually weighed. That bumped the FedEx charge (which I had checked - dimensions and all - online) from $18 to $33. I had called ahead to make sure they shipped FedEx. Now, that might have been the time to tell me, Sure - for twice as much money!
