Established new patient care for myself and my toddler. The building is new and very clean. Waiting area is huge. Rooms are clean. Nurse was very patient and kind with my screaming toddler. Doctor was caring and kind and took the time to listen. Im glad I made the choice to get care here.

My Doctor has an allstar staff! RN Rebecca and Doctor Mann and their staff are awesome!

Angela Newman is the best ever!! She makes me feel like Im her only patient for the whole day! She talks to me like a real person and the way she listens is just amazing; you can tell that she is honestly listening so she can completely understand whats wrong. On a scale from 1-10, I would rate her at 100!Reception has always been friendly also!

Normally have a great experience with this office however I spent 30 minutes on hold today only for the Receptionist to tell me that I would be unable to see a doctor because I’m sick. Instead I would need to go to the walk in clinic. This makes no sense to me when else would I need to see my dr. I’m very disappointed to say the least.

I am a new patient at this office;I was referred here by Bronson Internal Medicine after my former doctor, Dr. Kaur Moved out of state and it was going to be several months before they had a appointment available and they knew I needed to be seen.So far I have found Dr. Newman and the rest of the staff at Bronson Family Health to be kind and helpful.

I have had great care at this doctors office. Dr. Service and her team have been informative, caring and kind. The office offers early appointments most days as well as one night of late appointments.

I guess I had a bad first impression of Dr. Mann for some reason, but I went back for a second visit and hes honestly helped me more than any other doctor that Ive been to in recent years. Ive had terrible experiences with the hospital here in Battle Creek so dont let the BBC affiliation scare you away. Dr. Mann really tries to do whatever he can to help you and hes professional, overall great guy as well.

I am a new patient & I have been recently diagnosed with cancer. This practice-Dr. Service, Shelly, and all of those I have interacted with have gone out of their way to make sure everything moves along quickly and smoothly. I have been awed by their kindness & care
