I was hired in to work at a warehouse at denso with no forklift experience and they knew that, when I was getting my computer based training the trainer said she was going to take us to the forklifts for exposure. With them knowing I had no experience they said I preformed poorly then wsi waited til after I went for my training the very next day to tell me that they cant help me and cant even find me another job. Ashley at wsi was very unprofessional she wasnt even there during my orientation to set me up with a name badge and everything. I really dont recommend working through this temp service at all if you dont have experience as they expect you to preform as if you do have experience (which is not fully what a temp service is about theyre supposed to help you get experience) the equipment at denso they had for new Temps and associates didnt even work well according to the people I was training with.

They placed me in a great job where I was hired in pretty quick making amazing money!

I had such a good experience I have to post another review from a different account. I have to say that everyone was so nice to me. I was very nervous because I have background that isnt that great, and I have worked so hard to get far away from it i ran with a bad crowd and made some bad decisions. Worst work experience ever. Yes they lined me with a decent job. Thats it. Ashley was informed that I has been a stay home parent for two years, and that I was willing to work full time just not extensive hours and strenuous work. I of course received just that. Then when asked to be moved to either less hours or less strain on my body as I had started to swell to the point of bruising, I was never contacted again until asked if I was ending my assignment...after three days of being absent. Not to mention being trained by someone who was a new hire themselves. I tried to maintain a decent line of communication of my concerns so that I could at least stay in good grace with wsi if the assignment didnt work out, but Ashley didnt want to do as she said she would and find me a replacement. Even with my partner willing to switch me assignments so I could have a more ideal work day. We still got zero response until I was so injured I could barely walk for the 3 days I never showed up to work. I wouldnt recommend at all.

I went to WSI seeking employment and after some testing, a background check and a drug test they immediately put me to work! They also drove to the job site as I followed and introduced me to the managers at EPI, which was temporary until I started at DENSO.I meet Ashley, the WSI representative at DENSO on the first day. She is concerned about their employees and is willing to help with anything she canI am very pleased with services at WSI. Anyone looking for employment, should check them out!

My daughter needed a refill on her insulin and EPI Marketing understood the importance. I had to make some calls from work but when it couldnt be fixed, I left work to continue my phone calls. It was okayd but that afternoon I was told I needed a prescription to buy a vial of insulin out of pocket so either way she would need to be seen by her specialist before they could renew her script. I told them fine but they were risking me being late to work and I didnt have minutes on my cell phone yet because it would mean going straight to the doctor before my paycheck would populate in my bank account. So I got up at 6am, drove the hour out to her specialist, took TWO HOURS for them to do everything and an hour drive back to our home city only to find out her insulin was not in the system at our pharmacy. I still did not have minutes on my phone so I hurried home and called EPI and WSI to let them know that I had not quit but hadnt been able to top[ up my phone yet. I had a note from the doctor explaining what had happened and how important it was and although EPI was sympathetic, WSI fired me and said because I hadnt called them it was considered a no call/no show. To top it all off, I complained about not being able to get my stuff (I had a plastic folder and some fashion push pins in my top drawer). I never used the other drawers. The lady there said shed go pick them up since I was no longer allowed in the building and leave them at the WSI location nearby. So, I drove out to pick them up and the lady there offers me a cardboard box with my folder, the push pins, and somebody elses half-closed soda they assumed was mine. It had leaked ALL OVER MY STUFF and RUINED everything! What was the point of driving out there to get GARBAGE! I was so insulted. This place is awful. They do not care if you have a family emergency or not. You are a number here. You are worth more than that. You can do better than what these criminals have to offer.

My brother has worked with u before and got a job so he told me to call lindsay today about a job i was interested in at denso and she was so helpful in setting me up for an interview the next day and answering all my 1000 questions. u can tell she enjoys what she does and i appreciate people like that I cant wait to start a new job with u guys and its thanks to her for being so informative and nice. I cant wait to meet u guys

They had me go through many tests and I passed them all, for someone to come out and tell me that they didn’t want to give me a chance because she didn’t want me to quit within two days after I informed her that I would never do that. She gave so many reasonings why SHE didn’t think I wanted the job and how many people had made her look bad. She was not willing to give me a chance although I have a history of staying in jobs for 3+ years but because she didn’t think I wanted it they pushed me out the door. Very unprofessional, I understand making sure someone is ready for the job but disqualifying someone based off of your opinion is not professional not fair. I spent 2 1/2 hours at that place doing tests be assured that I was doing great for someone to come out and tell me they don’t think I’m right for folding laundry!

I am very very pleased with WSI Ashley was very helpful and also super fast at placing me to DENSO. I filled out my paper work on Wednesday and Ashley called me Thursday and had me training Friday. :) I strongly recommend wsi to anyone needing employment they are very quick and very helpful.

While she did ask some of the normal questions about my criminal background and stuff it was so nice to actually be asked what i wanted instead of just being thrown somewhere as a warm body with no thought of if its what would work for me or what im skilled in. once im out of quarntine ill forsure be calling to schedule an interview to meet with her like ive said ive worked through agencies for a long time and ive never been excited to meet with a new one until now because of all the good vibes. thank u beauty!!!!

After working for two hours I was informed that I was disqualified because of my needed medication and would have to go off it to work for them. The employer thought I was “under the influence” because of my speech impediment and I escorted off the premises. I was then informed that could NOT work for WSI. I should contact the ACLU! This violates the Americans With Disabilities Act!
