I was having issues with my mobile phone, a friend had told me about the service.I was greeted by the owner sitting at desk.He went through my phone..Diagnostics check I assume. It was the case/cover I had purchased, it didnt fit my phone.I stopped using the case. All is well with phone.I would recommend the store, or return if I have further issues with mobile phone or laptop.

Terrible work. I brought my MacBook in to GeekSquad because I was having an issue where every time I searched something on google chrome or safari it would redirect me to some other sketchy search engine that I didnt authorize. Also under my google chrome settings it said my browser was managed by your organization which I KNEW wasnt right. I showed them both of these issues when I brought it in and they told me I had malware/spyware on my computer and it would cost $150 to fix. I paid and after I got it home I opened chrome it still said managed by your organization and would occasionally redirect me to some other weird yahoo search engine again. So I took it back in the next day, and the GeekSquad employee tried to convince me that it is working correctly and now all up-to-date google chrome installs are managed on all computers and this is just a new feature google has implemented, which I knew wasnt true. I continued using it after I was assured they fixed the problem and I kept having sketchy and Not Secure search engines pop up. I came back once again and asked for a refund because they didnt fix what I paid them $150 to do and all he did was continue trying to tell me that this is what my chrome is supposed to do and that it is supposed to be managed by your organization. I took it home and figured out how to get the malware off the computer myself, which was in fact a hijacker, and it is no longer managed. Do yourself a favor and do a 30 minute google search, or take your device somewhere else and save your time and money.

Geek squad driver likes to speed up while being passed on a two laine road and then likes to laugh about it. With that amount of professionalism I will never want to work with anyone like this.

Came in with a problem, they listened to my description, understood me, and fixed it right then and there before my shoes even dried out. I had previously tried HPs service, and some guy from India said my computer was filled with malware and I had to buy $200.00 worth of software to fix it, when in reality, all that happened was a Windows 10 update had disabled my wireless capability (something that had happened before, which the HP technicians ignored but the Geek Squad people were familiar with). I was impressed. ( I didnt buy the $200.00 of software. I smelled a scam).

Took Computer in that was purchased at BB due to boot up malfunction. They reinstalled the operating system and assured my wife we would be able to keep our data. Technician wiped drives clean. They admitted fault, sent to levels 1,2, and 3, recovery before they came back and said We need to send it to Level 4, it could cost you $400. Even thought they initially charge for services that involve recovering you data, Their fine print at the end of a long list of fine print reads (all caps) not responsible for data loss of any kind. They did not take any responsibility, just our money. I will never go back there again.

Absolute worst experience Ive ever had will never buy a cell phone from here again they lie to you when you buy a cell phone they tell you that they are better than going to the Verizon store their protection plan does better than Verizon that is a lie I go into the store today because my phone broke they tell me I have to order it and wait for the new phone to come in if I would have gone to the Verizon store to buy my phone I wouldnt have had my phone fixed today buy them giving me a new one so my suggestion to all of you if you have a Verizon go to the store and buy one do not go to BestBuy and buy your cell phone through them and if their protection plan towhundred dollars to replace my phone.
