I have used Remingtons for several years for my vehicles. They do an amazing job on both exterior and interior wash/vacuuming. They also have an amazing staff who are friendly and helpful no matter what. Even if you just bought a new Tesla and couldn’t figure out how to get it in neutral, they are patient and awesome while you’re sitting in your car with anxiety and embarrassment 😂. Ripped off my taillight on my 2006 gmc pickup truck which in great shape.They looked on there cameras to see what happened but was unable to find a view where it took place.Manager said they would replace it. He said he would call me after he talked to the owner. He did call about an hour later to tell me they would not pay for the damage do to the age of the truck. Will never go back again.Very unprofessional, Truck was still dirty after it came out. 15.00 bucks wasted!The tabs on the taillight are plastic and are moulded into the housing, Its all one piece. Both tabs were broken in half. Plastic does not degrade like the story your trying to sell me. Thanks for being so unhelpful.

Their car wash quality is good, but they are running a business like a professional. I tried to cancel my monthly subscription, but they keep ignoring me, and keep charging me on my card. I am so sick and tired of their unethical money grabbing business

I been a customer for the last 4yrs and I been bringing 2 vehicles. I brought my Yukon there and their car wash broke my rear windshield wiper and it fell off during the wash. They told me to price the wiper and they would replace it. I came up there after all of my calls there after were being ignored. So they then renigged and told me that they spotted traces of adhesive on part of the wiper and the adhesive is not a manufacture component ?? (The dumbest answer they could find.. Maybe because Im a female) so they refused to replace it. The part cost $50.. they told me its just a$15 part but yet refused to replace it. So they are willing to lose a consumer on what they claim is a$15 part. Im certain if I was a male this situation would have went way different! Im highly disappointed! No loyalty at all! Females bring your dude with you to handle these issues. Js

Went on the very first warm day. I think the entire city had the very same idea. The wait wasnt bad for as many cars as there were. Prices were pretty good and the wash was worth it.

I got a free coupon for a car wash. Went to use it and they had told me they no longer accept them. Why have me pull in already for starters and why not except a coupon that has no expiration date on it. Go figure the coupon happened to be from the oil change shop right next door as they spilled oil on my van. I feel like i got baited and switched as i was already pulled in and cars behind me so i paid for a car wash

I love the car wash I only go to this one the guys & gals are always professional they always treat you with respect and Courtesy the prices are pretty close to everyone elses but like they say get what you pay for. So go and say hi and give them a try you wont regret it. Plus if you want a car derailed they have that also just call them and get a price and Schedule day and time and get are done.

Kids not doing a very good job wiping the cars down after the wash. Didnt do a good job wiping the car out on the inside either. Gotta do better.

We paid for full service and did not get the blow dryer. Guys hand dried very quickly and when we looked after there was dirt on front and back bumpers and side of the car. For what I paid I would like it clean ALL over.

So today I went there to get a car wash (duh) I live in an apartment and their sprinklers hit my car today. I got the most expensive car wash which is suppose to be the best and do the best. And it washed half my car. The part where the “hard water” hits their car wash don’t take it off. You have to pay for detail service. I’m sure if the two boys at the beginning did a better job it would have came off. The little short teen who told me all this wasn’t no help. I’ve been going here for years and I won’t be back. You take care of people who come only to your business

Decent carwash, rarely cleans the tail gate on trucks, also can vary on what washes u get verses what is ordered, if u watch the lights and feel the jets as u go through, u will learn the differences,, if u are getting wax,, tire scrubs, etc..

Terrific! I got there as they opened and they were short staffed and manager/owner himself and then the rest of the crew jumped in there and got it done in about five minutes. Its exactly the kind of response a young business owner should have. Renewed my hope for future in these fraught times.

Great car wash best automatic wash in town.

I have been a long time customer of Remington car wash. Today something happened that I will not go back ever again. My husband and I brought our truck back because it was not clean when after the wash. The girls that helped me told me that I needed to speak to the owner. When the owner came to speak to me, he was extremely rude. He was swearing at my husband and I for no reason at all. He called the police and told me we were banned from this property. We were told by the staff not to get a credit for our monthly pass, we needed to call tomorrow for a credit. With today’s times, businesses should be trying to retain customers. I would never recommend them to anyone!

I would rate this car wash a solid B. I purchased the super wash with interior service. For $20, I would expect detailed, thorough service. While the car is generally cleaner than it was, there are water drips on the outside yet as well as several missed areas in the interior. The staff is friendly, but it would be helpful if they would provide more guidance as to what is expected from the customer as it is unclear when to remain in the car, when to exit the vehicle, where to pull up, where to pay, etc. All in all, I wont be returning. Id rather take it to a standard self-service location and clean the car myself so that I can ensure it is actually clean and for half the cost.

Wash made my truck look nice but left soap behind on mirrors and rocker panels .I get the 16 dollar wash every time. The main reason I come here is for the underbody and it leaves a lot of dirt salt etc in my wheel wells.

Had a wash and wax, then an interior clean. My car looked fabulous! I have never been dissatisfied there.

Got the Complete Interior package today. A wonderful freshening up for a 100,000 mile car. Lots of stains on the back seats from the kid; they look brand new. Rest of interior looks amazing. Guys were very friendly. Would highly recommend anyone to use the service. Got more than my moneys worth.

Best car wash in town! Saved us big $$ buffing out our car when we had a tree sap almost ruin the paint job and we thought we would have to get it repainted but Remingtons staff helped us get the car back like new for a fraction of the cost!

First Time Costumer! Im very satisfied with the car wash and interior detail, everyone was professional and courteous.

Exterior wash is always outstanding. The guys cleaning my interior looked like the Keystone Cops. I spent an additional 10 bucks plus a 5 dollar tip because the interior crew usually comes through. They all just seemed quite lazy an lacking direction. This operation normally looks like an assembly line, today they looked like a crew of less than motivated children. I hope they get better because this is a great local business. Maybe mix in a few older folks on the weekend to teach simple attention to detail and a bit more motivation and work ethic. I wasn’t paying for a detail job. But, when I left I was less than satisfied with the water spots on my rims and bumpers and the crud still on my dash and console. This is what is called constructive criticism and I hope it is taken to heart.

I would have to say my overall experience was a good one. There were some scheduling issues initially but they took every step to make it right. Im happy with the interior detail that they did.

Like the hand drying, later the interior service.

Staff was friendly. I did the supreme and was disappointed overall. Wheels didnt get wiped down. Floor mats were put back in soaking wet. Door jams and dash werent wiped. Supreme wash should only be $14 inside and out or step up the level of service delivered and charge the $22 you currently charge. They were fast though.

I purchased the $175 full car detail: They did a lot of work on a really dirty... nasty car. There was still some grunge that they said was leather wear, but it came off when I showed them it would. There was some damage on the interior by scrubbing the paint/coating off the dash, and they broke the volume knob in the car. they forgot the change I leave in my ashtray, I had to ask for that back. They missed a few spots and its still not perfect. It was a dirty car, but there was still a lot if things they missed. I wouldnt go there with a car I cared about, but for a clean sell, it works.

Mediocre work. I routinely get twice the service for half the price elsewhere. I paid extra for the interior and they pretty much only cleaned the floor mats. They did not wipe down a thing inside.

Updated Review in light of new information can be read at the bottom. Decent Service with pricey add-ons. The entry-way is kind of confusing, with two separate lanes for interior and exterior. If you get into the wrong lane youre kinda stuck. They offer a monthly membership for unlimited washes which is a decent value at about 30/month, considering a premium wash is about 16 bucks. They offer free towel drying, but again that is confusing. Ive never had someone guide me at the car wash exit towards hand drying. Its always empty so it leaves you wondering what youre supposed to do. I usually just pull out after the air dryer and leave. The wash itself is pretty good. I do end up with a little bit of water spots and smearing on my side mirrors, which is disappointing for a 16 dollar car wash. They also offer interior detailing, which Ive done once - a very basic detail, vacuum, windows/glass, wipe the dash and cup holders etc. It looked nice.Update: There apparently is a sign that directs you to the towel drying station, Ive somehow missed that (which is possible, considering I am mostly blind in one eye). Updating to four stars because that had a lot to do with my 3 star rating, and cant underrate due to my inability to be aware of my surroundings. Maybe make the sign bigger for us blind folk, lol.

Terrible job on my car. 16$ and the rims on the tire wear still dirty. Water spots all over the car. I sent them an email to let them know that my car was not satisfactory and they never got back with me about it. This was my first experience with Remington car wash and I will definitely not be back.

Great service and even nice when you accidentally come a couple minutes before closing. Love the towel dry service too. Definitely a good place to take your car.

Got the unlimited 39.99 ..went their on Tuesday..upon leaving I walked around my truck and saw some scratches that were not their before I went thru. Called and was told the owner was not their, but would come back to talk with me. He..(Derek) did come back and we looked at my truck and could determine that the scratches were not caused by the equipment, but that a cart had ran into my back corner panel. Even though the damage was not done by his equipment.. he took the time out to buff out the area for me... AT NO CHARGE...I was impressed with his service and would recommend Remington to anyone who cares about their vehicles...

I went to this car wash and it was great. I went through the first time and it didnt get all the sap off my car so the personally spray every spot with sap and cleaned it off. Most importantly they didnt debate or have an attitude with me.
