Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are also patient and knowledgeable. If they do not have the answer to something, they will call back with the right information. This is hands down the best insurance that I have ever purchased. My premium remains the same after annual renewal and this is a very dependable company. I truly feel like I am in good hands!

They seemed to be good to be true. Unfortunately they were.. It has been one headache after another. Im already preparing for the next issue (usually every other week) until we get around to another company. Theyre deceptive and spell out miscommunication constantly at every turn.The recent bungle involves their insurance inspector showing up to look at our house. No knock or anything just look out to see some creepy guy lurking through our backyard. fast forward to a few weeks later were getting a letter saying were getting dropped due to a quote buckling roof I work hands on in the construction trade so I can say 100% there was literally nothing was wrong with the roof. Its flat... AND its new!!!!Fast forward after more irrationally bs and headaches... Theyre trying to charge US $400+ to reinstate the policy for THEIR mistake.I honestly cannot recommend you stay away enough. Apparently they hire ANYONE to do this job and the team they do have employed would be better off working in fast food instead of involved with anything that requires using facts, figures, customer service, or brain power.
