Wow what a great experience. They were a little busy when I dropped off my flat tire. It was a simple plug but it was expertly done by a great team. I definitely recommend RNR for tire repairs and purchases. I know I’ll be back. Thanks guys

RNR Tire Express in Baton Rouge is The Truth! Service beyond imagination. Management and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and all the while professional. Mrs Toni, Ms Kim, yall forgive me I forget the technicians name but they are a winning team. They all have each others backs as well. If my word means anything to anyone, take my word and your whip to them. You will tell a friend!

RNR was great! Before going to RNR 2 other service stations had turned me away and said they were not able to help me (including the service shop at the dealer I bought my truck from). RNR didn’t even hesitate, they knew exactly what I needed and jumped right in to fix it for me!

Great staff and new management helped me with new tires when I was in a tight spot during coronavirus. Very helpful and flexible.

Honest people that I would recommend. Unfortunately the rims I picked didn’t work out on my car. They went above and beyond to try and make it work but unfortunately Mercedes-AMG doesn’t like after market rims without a not so smooth ride. I would shop here again in the future and recommend them for your rim needs.

I would recommend this place to anyone.Management (Jimmy) was very professional and friendly at all times...he was my first Contact person ..each and every week I went to RNR, I see him hard at work trying to appease customers...working late if he has to...I went there for 6months and witnessed his interactions not only with me but with other customers... making sure they’re being treated with professionalism and efficiently..I’ve even seen him work by himself thru after hours to please his customers... this is the type of business you want to go to... if u need tires or rims just ask for Jimmy... you can’t loose

The entire experience was great! Bryce was my initial contact person. Excellent customer service skills. Theresa was the person in the store when I arrived. I was greeted, immediately and with a smile. She was courteous the entire time. I don’t know the technicians name, but he was friendly and made me aware of all issues before proceeding with the work. I highly recommend RNR.

I only gave it two stars because the customer service was a hit & miss. Eric was nice, Eddie was mediocre, and the 3rd guy was insane!!I got to RNR Tire Express, ready for buy tires with cash in hand. No one was at the counter and there was one unnamed employee in the back on the phone. He did not acknowledge my existence at all! He looked me dead in the eye through the glass wall that stood between us and did not say a word. Not “one moment I’ll be with you”, not one world.I walked out after standing there for 10 minutes with no interaction at all.Eric was super nice. He provided excellent customer service, I literally had walked out the door of the establishment headed to my car as he pulled up. He stopped me as I got to my door, he had a wonderful spirit and was ready to help.Eddie was very dismissive. He did not speak when he came up to the counter. He made no small talk or friendly conversation. He gave me the price to pay month to month for the tires I needed. He did not give me options, he seem uninterested like he could care less and wanted to be anywhere but there. It’s Friday I get it you’re ready to go home. He was not extremely rude like the 3rd guy, nor did he extend any customer service like Eric, well besides telling me to have a nice day after I left the establishment.The third guy was crazy!!! He was cussing and throwing papers, swinging open door recklessly. He stated he was new and had not been there long. I don’t believe he carry the brand well. He was screaming people had him F*** up, and he sick of the **** customer all in front of me. Like sir, I’m looking right at you!!! I can hear you!! WOW!!! Really?!!I did not purchase their product. The lack of customer service was a major deterrent.The store it’s self was clean & very organized.Maybe I caught them on a bad day because the other review seem to be stellar.

Ask for Matthew. He’s very professional and will accommodate any need or concern you may have. Management is nice but very “straight-up.” The service guys in the back are awesome. They told exactly what to do if I was to experience any problems with my new wheels. Very friendly staff and I’d recommend everybody to go there.

Well I would like to start by saying this company know what its doing. The inventory is quit impressive. If you dont have perfect credit RNR has many different options to get the rims u truely deserve. Please give these people a try. I promise youll be glad you did.

Started off pretty rocky but towards the end of my payment they change my tires so I didnt have anymore trouble with my tire pressure light. However, throughout the payment process, dont be afraid to ask for a PRINTOUT OF YOUR BUYOUT AMOUNT for you tires & rims because I strongly believe they jacked me out of $138 & probably would have been more if I didnt keep up with my buyout amount, so just be careful & pay attention to your money. Once they correct my issue Ill be happy to change my review.Also each time you make a payment RNR charges almost a EXTRA $20 that they dont fully explain to you, so if you do the math regardless if you pay before your buyout date you end up paying way more than what your suppose too.

Great service when I purchased the tires Kim was my sales person she was great had a blowout a week later husband went back to get a new tire the tire was there Kim ordered it he got there before they opened and service was terrible had to wait 2 hours before someone helped him they were all standing around and if he didnt get mad they still wouldnt have helped him then they had put other people in front of him already the need to go to a customer service class because the service is terrible, when you call on the phone its a 30 min wait every time I really hate calling or going there!

Absolutely awful service im currently sitting the lobby of rnr waiting for them to give me aftermarket sensors after they broke my factory sensors, they wont even put the sensors back on my car, so now i got to leave and go to another tire place to get them installed,worst experience of customer service ive ever experience
