My Hayward pool pump went out and I checked replacement options on-line. Wow, price went up. Called my pool supply team and their Pentair price was competitive and actually less than most. Great service advice and instructions, very professional and informative. Now installed and running great. More energy efficient also! Great experience as always.

I called in to get a quote about adding a heater to my pool and the woman who picked up the phone was rude to me first asking Well how much are you willing to spendExcuse me?..Im calling for a quote.Then when I asked her how much does it usually start at?I know nothing of this so she said 5k for heat pump or gas line again I know nothing about this so I asked her to explain and upon her explaining she sounded more belittling than rather helpful with my questions.The one minute we had used for this interaction was more than enough for me to make up my mind and find somewhere else.
