Huge selection of toys, costumes, lingerie, DVDs, gag gifts, merchandise, and magazines. The quality of the lingerie and costumes is not great for the price, but thats my only complaint. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and NICE. There is a rewards program that includes a birthday discount and point system.

Never felt more like a criminal BY JUST WALKING INTO THE STORE! I will definitely take my $$ to Cindis just around the corner. You just lost 2 customers.

Is it overpriced? Absolutely! But what more do you expect from a Hustler Store? By far the best selection of toys in the area, outfits as well. Customer service always on point. Super friendly and helpful.

They have great heels here for formal events. Surprising I know but great shoe collection. And no not all where what you may picture in your mind, they have more than just super high platform heel. They have stelletos at a modest height.

Great selection of lubricants. Helpful staff that follows all rules and regs. Only thing is that some of the prices seem kinda high. But we do find a bargain on Über Lube there, so theres at least that. Just kind of disappointed to see the same, overpriced, wholesale tat here as I do at every other chain and local bedroom shop Ive been to. Would like to see more BDSM options of a better quality, especially mens/larger sized collars.

I was like okay!, wifey was like nice!, then the cash register start chirping and sucked my card out my wallet.I typically go to a gentlemans club and tip for pure athleticism! This store has EVERYTHING you need. When I would go to downtown New Orleans I would shop here. Now that its a 52 mile trip from Lafayette to Baton Rouge its even better.

Other than being greeted nicely at the door Myself and My husband where made to feel very uncomfortable. What appeared to be a manager plus two cashiers followed us around like we were thieves. Hearts has won our loyalty. We were ready to spend a good deal of money, store loss our gain.

The store does not cater to all sizes, the staff was very unwelcoming, seemed like the only intrest was just to sell me hustler wear which i did not want. I went there with my wife just to see what it was like. Odd selection. Lots of over priced clothing, strangely small selection of a adult films, and a very wide selection of adult toys. Everything was super expensive. We didnt buy anything, youre better off going to Amazon or Adam Eve.

My experience was horrible, to be followed around the whole store and being watched like me and my wife would steal. Im sorry I would never return there do to the fact of inexperienced sales persons and management. Me and my wife thought buying a few high priced items and money being no issue. I think I will drop some money on hearts sense they know how to treat people.
