Thank you for your great service! The office was very accommodating for my event and worked with me on some policies that they had in place. The delivery crew was super friendly, professional, respectful and polite. They were really quick with set up and pick up. They were the only inflatable company I could find in town that had a toddler friendly inflatable. I got it for my son’s third birthday. It was safe enough for my 18 month old with supervision. I had a great first experience with them and will be using them in the future!

This was my first time renting an inflatable and Im so glad I chose Bouncing off the Walls . They came to set up earlier than the time I scheduled and were very professional and friendly. The kids had 7 hours of the waterslide bounce house combo fun and it was perfect. You guys have gained a life customer. Thank you for making my kids party amazing😊

The kids enjoyed the bouncer yesterday at my childs daycare. The equipment was very well taken care of and clean. I enjoyed the professionalism of the delivery driver. Bouncer was delivered an hour before the event time. I ordered another bouncer for Sunday but had to cancel due to weather conditions. Jerry was very reasonable & understanding. Wonderful customer service ! I would most definitely be doing business with this company in the future.

We rent from Bouncing Off The Walls for every birthday party. It is very easy to order what you want off the website. the delivery guys are very good at setting up and taking down the slides and very friendly. Weve never had a problem with the inflatables. We havent rented from anyone else to compare them to.

I rented a wet / dry combo for a birthday party, again for 4th of July party and Im calling them tomorrow for another party in 2 weeks for a water slide and cotton candy machine. Very nice over the phone. They set up and pick up. Easy 😊

They have always delivered the inflatables on time. Their customer service was always kind even first thing in the morning until late in the evening. They took care of the setups and takedowns. They also provided the extension cord. I Highly Recommend!!

Website says delivery is included. I tried to get an inflatable delivered to my house 12.4 miles from their location and at the very last page they added a $150 delivery fee. Bait and switch!

If you dont live in baton rouge, you cant rent, even if your were planning on driving 2 hours to pickup and driving 2 hours to drop off.
