The shop is dirty. Looks unsanitary. Not welcoming. My daughter sat in for 2hrs nobody said anything to her. They just didnt care. I will not go back

The absolute best nail salon Ive been to in reference to how they do nails. Ive only been a customer maybe 2-3 months but I love it. I left my nailshop to come to them . And I just love kimmy . She is always on time for my appt.

They filed the acrylic nail into my nail then applied the overlay. To remove I’m currently in so much pain and my natural nails are ripped from the skin underneath, thin, and has molded into the acrylic😭😭😭. I am currently in so much pain I would not recommend this place.

I heard some good things about Couture Nails so I decided to try them. Business hours opens at 9am and its 9:10. They have customers that have been waiting for opening since 8:40 and no one still isnt here.

Do great nails, and nails don’t break... a little higher than normal nail shops but you get what you pay for cause the quality of the nail and product are great... my nails are still on a month 1/2 later and I’m just going to get new set today.

Extremely unprofessionalI came at an earlier time and they were really busy so i came back a few hours later. I texted the wax lady at 3 she said she was desiging someones nails that would take around 30mins or so to finish and i came in at 450 she still wasnt done with her customer then when she was done she worked on another girls acrylics.Another lady comes in and they start on her nails im wondering why they didnt start on my nails to kill time for my wait i just wanted a wax and my nails painted and it was 6pm i leftI Waited for over an hour. I wont be coming back.

Tha Wait Is A Lil Long But Their Work Is Absolutely Worth The Wait They Will Not Rush On Ur Nails I Since I Started Going Here I Havent Been Anywhere Else. I Only Have To Go Like Every 3 Maybe 4 Weeks For A Refill They Nails Last Long.. I Love This Place

I love these ladies. I drive into Baton Rouge once a month.im hard on my hands but you would never know. My nails live on fleek Moms Gwen fill and shape Kimmy comes up with all sorts of designs and color schemes​. I totally recommend this place. One thing tho SHE NEEDS SOME HELP THE WAIT IS A 2 OUT OF 10. HAVING SAID THAT I STILL DRIVE THE DISTANCE 1 A MONTH

I love the way they do my nails.. I been biting my nails since a child and its a bad habit that i have but they still hook my nails up everytime lol. My nails have finally grew out and im so excited.. I will be coming back asap.. Yall need to start doing eyelashes and eyebrows.. The wait is long but its worth it..
