Nick Gaspard treated my lawn today. He has been by far the most informative, professional and knowledgeable lawn treatment technician so far. I have had the treatment service for over a year now. Although the fall treatment did kill off weeds the weeds are back just a few months later and I’m not noticing that my lawn looks any better than my neighbors. With that in mind, I am still waiting on the impressive improvement that the business promised.I do also wish there was more advance notice of treatment appointments. A text message just 12 hours prior to the treatment is not enough advance notice. If outside pest control companies can provide up to a week’s notice of service date then why can’t a lawn treatment service do the same?
We’ve had service for two years. We do see a difference in our yard, but it has taken longer than it could have. Nicholas came most recently to spray our yard, and he did a great job. He went out of his way to identify our weeds and spray them with the appropriate poison. I hope the technicians in the future are as attentive.
I value the services provided by Spring-Green. I was impressed with Nicholas Gaspard, who was the technician for my most recent service. He was very professional and polite and explained how the different lawn applications would affect my grass. I definitely recommend them.
Nick was very courteous and informative during my last weed control visit. He was eager to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. My regular grass cutter has even said the service is helping.

Last year a large portion of my Lawn had a Brown Patch that killed off much of the grass. I gave up trying to treat myself and called Spring Green. In less than 9 months my lawn is 90%+ back to life. I recently called to see if I could get someone to review my remaining concerns. Nicholas came out yesterday, looked over the lawn and we discussed a plan for the remaining issues (a few Weeds, some thin areas and remaining Brown Patch). Nicholas scheduled the needed services for me right there. This morning They showed up for first treatment.I appreciate the professionalism of Nicholas and the folks at Spring green.

I observed the application via my security cameras. I am honestly impressed with the detail and extra effort. One reason for installing the cameras was to keep an eye on service providers as I have several services contracted. I prefer Nicholas as my technician from Spring Green.

Today was the first time Spring Green came to my home. The tech, Nick, introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, and promptly went about doing his job. Time will tell how well the treatment works, but my first impression of personnel involved is very good.Last month treatment was for weeds and it did a great job. Now that it is hot and the grass is growing, they fertilized AND treated weeds. Techs are courteous and come when they are supposed to.
They are always prompt and courteous. My lawn is a bit tired and not pretty but when I compare to the neighbors there do have more weeds and clovers

I’m very pleased with Spring-Green! Mr. James Stevenson was the technician that came to my house. He called me before to inform me he was on his way, and he left flags in my front and back yard letting me know he treated both areas. James even brought my empty garbage can back to the house from the end of the driveway! So far they have completed the first application, and I can already notice the weeds yellowing! So excited to see how my lawn looks after a full year of treatments.
4 year customers but just ended service since we are moving out of state. Last treatment in late Dec, less than a month ago. Generally happy with service. Noticed we had weeds all over so called and was willing to pay so they could come out and treat them but they refused and said they only do 5 treatments per year. Very disappointed, never had a business refuse to get paid like this, especially from loyal customers. Would appreciate someone from management contacting me.

I have been so disappointed in this service. My back yard is full of weeds and needed treatment badly. I paid up front for the full-year service in 2019. From the beginning, communication was a problem. I have dogs and a pool and a locked back yard gate so I must be informed when the technician is coming. The text notification of pending service always came the evening before service, after business hours so it was not possible to change the visIt. Of the seven treatment visits, my back yard was treated only three times. Each time I called about the issue, they claimed they would send someone back but never did. Since I paid up front, I was not able to cancel the service and receive a refund. My back yard has more weeds this winter than it ever has, after Spring Green pocketed a hefty payment from me.
We have been using spring green for several years. They offer a good service and keep our properties looking great with the fertilizer, weed killing, disease control and tree and shrub treatments. We used to use a different company and our lawns never looked as good.
For the services provided, Spring-Green is reasonably priced. Spring-Green saves me a lot of time, and I do not have to purchase certain lawn care products that I would have to purchase if I did not use Spring-Green. They keep our grass looking healthy, green, and no fire ants!
The companys communication is terrible!I am billed for two visits I didnt even know occurred. I received no email, no call, not even a voicemail about having been sent an invoice. I received only more promotional brochures in the mail which reminded me I may have an open account with them. I call to verify and/or cancel since no one ever came to my house to my knowledge. Then Im told I have a balance of a little over $60 due. The representative, who stated she was a manager, tells me they are a paperless company so I should been emailed an invoice... Well theres the disconnect! Its up to the customer to keep calling in to verify who came, when they came, what was done, and if the invoice was emailed.* So now I must pay a balance for a service Im supposed to believe happened. If I had not called, my balance could have possibly increased to an enormous amount without me knowing.
Got a text that they were coming to our house the next day and we were out of town. We responded telling them not to come because we werent home to let them in the backyard. They ignored the text and came and charged us a full price for the service. We have tried for a couple of months to communicate with them to reduce the charges. I just called and spoke with someone about this and was RUDELY spoken to by the company representative. DO NOT USE this company. It is my 2nd time giving them an opportunity to take care of our lawn and it will be the last.
SpringGreen lawn service applied weed and feed last week. My grass is ruined, brown spots all over. Obviously the grass has been burned by fertilizer. I read on Scott’s fertilizer website that fertilizer should never be applied when Temperatures are greater than 85. Our grass was beautiful and green before application. The areas that had weeds, still have weeds. The beautiful grassy areas are 30% Brown now. Do not use this service!!!!

They cancel and reschedule nearly every time they schedule service. Usually, it is due to chance of rain, when theres 10-20% chance. I also have clover coming up in my yard in places where I didnt have it prior to starting service. I had to call in and fuss about insects to get them to give me the insect treatment I paid for. I wish I hadnt pre-paid for the full year of service. Will finish out the year and find another company for the future.

This is not the most organized company. And they get on the defensive when youre explaining your concerns, like youre talking about their sons. The reason I cancelled service was solely because of suspicions that could possibly be misplaced. I prepaid but I seem to be off the list when they actually get down to treating properties. I had to call a couple of times. Id been skipped. But maybe its because Im the only one in the area getting serviced. For my second treatment I arrived within minutes of the guy leaving I guess because I received a text message stating theyd been there. I was curious about that because there was only one sign posted on the edge of the grass, not behind the fence, and my backyard camera didnt catch them doing work as with the first guy. I also couldnt see anything on the grass. So Im like did they treat the grass? But maybe I wasnt supposed to see. And the camera could have just been a glitch. For my most recent treatment, I was home. They rang the doorbell but I took a while answering. When I got to the door they were putting signs in the yard saying theyd been there and was walking to the truck. Its possible he was going to do the lawn after putting the signs down. He did say as much. I dont accuse him. But I do have a problem with leaving my money somewhere there is little confidence. I guess thats my problem. But when you talk about it theyre like tough. No one here skips work. I dont know where to go from that. Coupled with the fact that when you ask questions and they dont want to answer youll get hung up on. No one cares. It feels that way when you call. Perhaps if Id gotten the free lawn evaluation like Id been promised and someone talked to me about the condition of my lawn Id feel a bit more taken care of. I was a first time customer but I was putting in most of the effort to fix things. When I signed up I expected a diagnosis and treatment. What I got were treatments when they remembered.
Awful. Customer service talks a good game, but those who work in the yard dont deliver. Its overall a waste of money. My yard is worse off after 2-3 years of their service.

I called and nobody was available to take my call. I was instructed to leave a voice message, which I did. After 5 days of no return call, I contacted another service.
