Joe from TCC Verizon has always done a great job of looking out for my best interest and helping me with anything I need help with. From tailoring my monthly bill to selecting a new or upgraded phone. He does a fantastic job and is very knowledgeable about phones and phone plan options.

I was having problems with old phone and visited TCC Verizon. Joe Joubert helped me pick out a new phone and transfered all my old info to new one. We chatted while he was working and his friendliness made the time fly. He was very helpful and personable. I highly recommend him.

I recently purchased an apple watch and was having difficulty setting up cellular service. For the most part, I am pretty good with tech but for some reason, I couldnt figure this out. I kept getting a message that said my plan was not eligible for number share I thought i was doing something wrong so I tried a few more times. without success. My next move was to go to Verizons website and read to figure out where I was going wrong. I noticed the chat now icon and thought finally I will be able to get this fixed. The young man on chat kept telling me I needed a new line but it did not make sense why I would need a third line. I was already paying almost 293.. for only 2 lines. and after 10 minutes of back and forth on chat without straight answers, I was very frustrated. I finally decided to visit your location on Perkins Road in baton rouge la. There I finally got all my questions answered. Apparently my plan was so old it did not exist, Btw, did I mention I have been a Verizon customer since 1992? Anyway, your employee Jasmine was phenomenal!! She helped me understand that my plan was created before the existence of wearable devices and this was why I was getting the message that my plan was ineligible for number share. Besides that she saved me quite a bit of money on my monthly bill. I was paying for a basic line with the bells and whistles as add ons instead of an all-inclusive plan. She even gave me a mini class on my new wearable device!!!! Kudos for having such a wonderful employee who is actually looking out for your customers!!! She took the time to do right by me. She is a keeper. THANK YOU JASMINE!!!!

She truly went above & beyond on both occasions I was in the store.First, I stopped to inquire about upgrading my & my husband’s ancient phones & if there were any deals as I needed to buy 2. They did not have any current offerings, but she worked some numbers on options & managed to keep my bill almost the same. I decided to hold off to see if a deal might come along in next month or 2. Deshaun took my information & promised to contact me since she knew what I was looking for. While I was there, another customer walked in, & since she was the only rep available, she helped him with a smile while still taking care of me, never missing a beat with either of us.To my surprise, she called me 4 days later that a BOGO deal just began. We went over some details & she worked on best options to maximize benefits. She called me back with more information, & another promotion on a tablet that I was not aware of.I stopped on my way home to discuss & ultimately purchase the phones, tablet, & accessories. She took the time to transfer information (worked on my phone while I went home to get my husband’s), painstakingly installed screen protectors with no lint or bubbles, & helped guide me on last steps I needed to complete on my computer at home. When all was said & done, she gathered my items & walked me not only to the door but out to my car as well, reiterating to call her anytime with questions. Deshaun truly exemplifies excellent customer service—her dedication & attention to detail did not go unnoticed!
