I bought bundles from Hair Tamers for a wig to be made. The wig was made but was not fit to be worn. The stitching was not secured and there were large gaps in the wig. Appt was made on a Sunday by her suggestion (Inez) and canceled the following week stating she just couldn’t do Sundays because she promised to bring her son driving. Unprofessional and unethical to treat a paying customer like this. Very disappointing. I paid over 300 altogether and she refunded $125 and asked me to send the wig back. The devil is a lie and I paid for this hair!!!

Is there any way I can take away this star? I was called 30 minutes before my appointment to be told that the person who was supposed to do my hair only worked from 9 to 3 and if I could reschedule. I came from out of town almost 2 hours away. Really? I am so disappointed words cannot explain. Not even to go back and forth but it says you stop taking clients at 5 and you didnt say it was a family emergency but that you only work from 9 to 3. Then I get an email saying it was a client cancel? Its fine. I understand about being a business owner and all. From the depths of my heart in wish you the best in your ventures

Inez did an awesome job and I now have a beautician for my dread journey. Im very grateful for the experience today and looking forward to returning for my next appointment. I would recommend anyone to her seeking help with their dreads.

Inez does wonderful work on your hair. She get your exactly hairstyle request on the first attempt. I was extremely happy with how my hair came out and her prices are very affordable. One important aspect I love about her shop is that she only books one appointment at a time. So she can focus directly on you. I love it! Inez is very professional and friendly.

Inez has been doing my braidless sew ins for close to two years now. She does such a perfect job. It lasts for a long time and you cant even tell I have extensions in. I will never go to anyone else!

Perfect little hidden spot to feel great. Inez is really positive and knows her hair buisness. She is encouraging and efficient. Getting an appointment may not be easy because of her availability but she works to find another time for you.
