I love this gym the management team here is friendly and nice
I really like the building. And I really like the area its in. I havent met any of the employees but I dont like the signs I see left everywhere. If you track in dirt, you will be fined the last week or so there has been a seemingly forgotten paper on the front door that says manager had to step out, call this number for questions I just dont like em. They dont make me feel real welcomed. And as soon as I get a message that says my membership has been moved to this location. Im prob gonna stop going there.
Easy to sign up. No hidden fees. 24 hour access!
The equipment looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months. Nice location just need to be cleaned..
Great gym! Lots of equipment! Showers! Big and open! A lot of older negative reviews have been addressed. New management has helped this gym in a lot of ways.
Best experience I ever had with a gym! Keep up the good work 👍🏾
They are very friendly and clean. Love it there.
Lots of machines. Little old and a few are showing some wear and tear. Only one power rack and barbell which makes it hard to do some of the fundamental exercises without waiting for a turn with the only barbell. Overall okay place to workout. Decent location and good bathrooms
Great and clean
Great and very sanitary. But understaffed
Good place. I went there for a few months. Had to leave because i moved. I think it was one of the better gyms in the area. I would recommend to others
Awesome place.
The gym looks amazing and has a ton of machines. Never have to wait to work out. Staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. Gym is also super clean and trainers know what they are doing and best prices around. Highly recommended.
This place was nice and clean clean restrooms clean equipment. Just was a good place to work out I really enjoyed it and well go back again
Exceptionally clean facility. Wide variety of equipment. Very nice!
The best one in the Baton Rouge area. It has pretty much everything you need. I love the punching bag they have in there.
This place is very well kept up and clean. I forgot my security key to get into the gym and was out of town on vacation, the manager was very nice and helped me out so that I could work out that night. He also had a workout plan for 5 days or 3 days on the board as you walk in which I thought was awesome of him. Overall the manager and facility was great and I enjoyed my gym experience.
This is my everyday gym, they are open (24) hours, and have great equipment to keep you in top shape.
On sign-up, about nine months back, the then-manager could not figure out how to set up a month-to-month membership. She overrode the pricing on an annual membership (ie raised it to the month-to-month) and made notes to the account to ensure it would be treated as month-to-month.Stopped in repeatedly in the last two weeks to try to cancel. Usually only a personal trainer on hand, no actual employees who could handle cancellation (was told the manager was typically only in from 2 PM to 4 PM). Stopped by there again today in that time frame and note on the door gave a cell # to call to talk to management. When the manager finally returned the call hours later, he tried to insist I was locked into an annual contract. When I pointed out the info on the account, he grudgingly agreed to cancel but said policy was 30-day notice required, so I would have to still pay one more month. Worth paying it to be rid of this kind of treatment.
Pretty good for night session but I usually like my gym a little bigger
The equipment is well maintained and updated. Its also convenient to where I live. Thats a total plus! However, the music playing is talk radio, scratchy and barely audible. Can you work out to talk radio?!!! A lot of muscle heads screaming, grunting and dropping weight. Everyone is on their cell phones and holding up the machines. No gym etiquette here. Also, forget anyone working there. Theyre always out to lunch or on the computer. Pretty lame.
This is a competent gym for those whose goals include improving your grip strength to rip the heads off crawfish. If your goals are more advanced, perhaps reconsider this location. While their run of the mill Precor equipment is well maintained and their restrooms pleasantly clean and well stocked, their dumbbells are covered in some bizarre rubber sleeves, they have 1 my uncles garage gym rack with 1 lifting bar that is a bit beat up, and a collection of plates that will support (maybe) 2 people seriously lifting at once. There is no space to seriously lift, though. Two positives for anyone looking at this anytime as a place to get a lift in while they travel to Baton Rouge: it is way better than the hotel gyms and the music is so astonishingly irritating that a max dead lift is achievable once you find yourself at peak anger having moved every plate in the gym to the dulcid tones of whatever that music is.
Facilities are old, not the best area to go workout at night and be aware when you want to cancel be ready to deal with idiots, they ask for proof of new residence but they want to see the envelop where you send the papers coming from new residency. I walked in with the proof of residency and they didn’t take it bc it wasn’t on the envelop. Go figure stay away
Its a decent gym but if you are closer to a planet fitness youll get a wider selection in equipment
Need more treadmills but good safe clean environment
Been looking for a gym to join with out any hassle. And Ellie help me out, got me signed up, and showed me around, where 2 park and how to get in with my key. Thanks soooooo much
The fact that the AC goes out and leaves the place 80+ degF makes coming here unbearable.
Pretty pricey for what you get.
A bit cramped and not as much equipment as some others but the location is great.
Peaceful
Nice
Sexy place
Hard workout
