I am not speaking to the quality of the product, we did not have it installed so I don’t know how well it worked. My problem is with the sales tactics. We had a sales representative come to our home for a demonstration and we liked the product but weren’t 100% sure we wanted it. He gave us a price that was outrageous, my husband said he needed to think about it so the salesman started going on about what a great deal it was, then eventually came by a good bit if we signed that day. Again, my husband said he wanted to think about it, salesman came down some more, my husband said he wanted to think about it. The salesman did the whole thing where he called his manager on speaker phone and gave us the “corporate rate” that was 50% less than the original price. We agreed to it at that point because it was a good price and we knew we could cancel within 3 days if we changed our mind. We signed an agreement for no interest. After the salesman left, we got an email stating that a line of credit had been opened in my husband’s name and that there was a 9% interest rate. We absolutely did not agree to a line of credit and it is not in the contract. We cancelled the next day. It is now a month later and we got an invoice for the credit card that has still not been closed. I would warn anyone away from this shady business

Very satisfied with all aspects of the project-estimation and installation of LeafFilter gutter protection on my home. All went very smoothly. Cleanup after installation was thorough and the project was completed in the estimated time. Very friendly personnel.At the time of the review there hasnt been any significant rain. However, I would definitely recommend this product and installers to others that are considering such a need.

Replace gutters. They never show as promise, I am trying to get my money back. I feel poor customer service and never return calls.

I had these installed after the 2020 Hurricane season and while I do not have to clean the gutters there are leaks. I paid too much money for this product for the leaks I have. My gutters were rather old but I was told that repairs were included with the price apparently that was not the case. Buyer beware!

They added a gutter filter protection to keep debris out so that the gutters would work efficiently.

An extra amount of protection to keep your home in good shape. The double lifetime warranty can be transfered to another owner, should I sell my home.

This company dont pay you what they say you will make. There manager at the baton rouge office is a rude person.

I was able to negotiate a price that was in my budget. The beginning price was totally outrageous considering I only have one gutter on the front of my home. We settled on a price I was comfortable paying. Still not sure if I got the best deal but at least I shouldnt have to worry about my gutters ever again. Sales rep worked with me on price and was not offensive or pushy. Installers were professional, quick and very neat. No mess left behind.

We havent really had it long enough to know, but so far it has done its job. I see no leaves or pine needles staying on the gutter. The installer corrected the grade and braced it well so that has helped tremendously. Since we are elderly, it is nice not to have to get up on the ladder to clear it. It was a little expensive, but worth it for the quality, great contractor, and quick service.

Installation of Leaf Filter Gutters!! Great product!!

I had these guys install gutters for me in the back of my house. At that time I didnt get any competing quotes. I just assumed they would be market competitive based on their brand.A few days ago after multiple calls, I was able to get a quote for the front of my house. This time I compared bids. They were more than twice as expensive as a local contractor who installed the exact same gutters.That was when I realized how badly I was ripped off on the back of the house. Ridiculously overpriced. Theres contractors who are 20-30% higher or lower, then theres LeafFilter.My bid from them was about $2200, and the winning bid was exactly $1000.00Dont call these guys unless you want to part yourself from your money.All that being said, the work was not bad at all, but Im about 90% confident they didnt do it themselves, and they just hired it out to someone else and pocketed the difference.

I am not sure about value, because it is less than a week, but I can say this company is way above and beyond average. The salesman checked our gutters and told us we had a problem, the installer proved it by dumping tons of leaf matter and roofing sand out before putting the leaf filter on, Afterwards, they cleaned up the yard beautifully. We were really impressed!

I also was quoted $6300 the first time. Then told it could come down to $5400. Then told I could look on the internet for coupons for more discounts. JUST quote me a good number the first time and maybe we can do business!!! Never do business with companies like this!!!

Added leaf filter to gutters.

The Sales Rep (Mitch) came out and was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and he got me scheduled within a week.The crew came out at 8:45am, about 15 minutes early (they were scheduled at 9am). They worked their tails off. They were gone by 11:45am.They realigned, cleaned, sealed and straightened out (where needed) the gutters before installing the Leaffilter system.They were all very professional and did a great job.Quite happy with the service.

Good experience and the products works as sold and as intended. I went the cheaper budget route first but should have bit the bullet and installed LeafFilter from the beginning. Love the LeafFilter protection and we actually heard water running in the gutters during the last few days of rain!

They are not supportive of the Military! I applied for a position and got told that I will not be hired due to my one weekend a month requirement to serve in the National Guard. I spoke to the hiring manager and the VP of HR and he laughed at me and insulted me! First said that yes we can not hire you for that position then tired to say they do have other military in that position... Ok but not National Guard soldiers??? Unprofessional and I am not surprised that they have so many bad reviews!

I am still not satisfied, but we are working through the problems. I would suggest doing some research. Take a look at Valor product.

The Leaffilter did not work as promised. Where the gutters are straight they work great. Where they make a bend the debris collects and the water washes over the gutter. I bought them so that I would not have to get on a ladder to clean my gutters, now I have to get on a ladder to clean my leaffilters.

Quoted $6,400...lowered it to $4,500 if we signed immediately...came back an hour later and offered it for $2,700. I would never do business with a company that has no morals or ethics. God sakes, protect your mother and grandmother from falling for this scam.
