Brenda worked with me from selection to installation and provided excellent customer service all along the way. She became extremely easy to contact with updates on my flooring project. When there was a small issue, she immediately came to the rescue going WAY above and beyond to ensure I was thoroughly happy with the overall installation. I am very happy with Douglas Flooring. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and friendly, and they know their stuff. I needed a small tile repair after some plumbing work, but Jerry worked with me and I wound up retiling the whole bathroom for a very reasonable price. Lifesavers!

I had Douglas Flooring help clean and repair my Familys Oriental rug in their Rug Wash. Their Technician came to our house on time and picked it up and returned it after a thorough cleaning. Douglas Flooring help us identify the type of oriental rug we had, the materials it was made out of and how to continue to care for it so that my Grand Children get something nice just like I did. We were so impressed with the service that we are continuing to use Douglas Floorings services for our other rugs in storage and to repair the cypress flooring in our home.

They did a great job cleaning our carpet after some contractors came in and tracked dirt all over it. The cleaning guy was very friendly and put it extra effort to get the spots out.

I’ve had a good experience with Douglass Flooring - twice - once with my home and another with my business. They use quality materials and their contractors work hard and fast with conscientiousness.

Douglas Flooring is a sad example of an honest business. Do not go to them. The only reason I even rated them one star is for the installers They are a scam and they will over charge you. If you go to them please ask for a itemized receipt of all the material and the labor. If not you might be up charged and never know it. Better yet I advise anybody who has gotten work done from them to go back in and ask for your material and labor receipts. I bet it doesnt match up to what you paid them. I dont know about you but Id feel like I was scammed if for example my material costs $500 and labor $300 yet the home owner paid $1400. No thank you I dont do business with people who are full game always trying to get all they can out the next person. Dont go look else where the owner is not an honest lady.

They are a great company. They do it right.
