I booked an appointment with Mr. Feldman for today at 10:30. I got a confirmation email on the 17th and sent in copies of my insurance card and drivers license per Mr. Feldmans request. I hadnt heard anything from him since then which is suspicious seeing as businesses usually will send a confirmation/ reminder text or call before the appointment. He did not. I called the morning of just to make sure things were still in place as I really needed to start therapy...no answer. I texted...no answer. So I went up to the office hoping at least he was in the middle of sessions and wasnt just ignoring me. NO ONE WAS THERE. PARKING LOT WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism when dealing with appointments in my life. This is my mental health that I am taking seriously and some see it as a joke. This place is one I will not recommend to anyone.

Mr. Feldman is such an amazing counselor. He really makes you feel comfortable and is very easy to talk to. I never once felt pushed to talk about a subject I wasnt comfortable with. He really helps you get through to your problems and has the best interest at heart. Thank you Mr. Feldman for all you do.
