They did the work we requested and that is why this isn’t 1 star. Ask for a call and get an email. If you ask to pick up plans on a certain day don’t expect them to be printed and ready. If you aren’t happy about having to wait expect to be told “you couldn’t wait 30 seconds for me to print them?” Per RyanWell is doesn’t take 30 seconds and it was supposed to be done 4 days ago. I did swing by to pick the plans up in the way to bring my wife to the doctor so time was precious. I made this decision because the plans were supposed to be ready to pick up.

Ryan and Austin make a great team! As an architect, I used Southeast for a complex multi million dollar residence, and Southeast was able to put together a great set of drawings, meet deadlines, and answer any questions in a timely fashion. Very unprofessional, would not return calls when promised they would multiple of times. Basically ignored us for the entire time we were attempting to get work completed by them. Gave little to no effort to take on our project. If you were too busy, you should have told us before agreeing to do business with us.
