She set up the interview for for me and once my interview was complete, a few days later I received the call that I was hired. This is the first time to be a part of a Recruiter Based hiring position and it turned out to be a great experience. Thank you Frazee for connecting me with a great company. I received an email midday regarding a communications specialist position from Frazee. By the next morning, i had been approved to work and was on the job. Ms. Paula Larson is phenomenal and helped walk me through the hiring process. She made herself available for any and all questions, even going so far as to stay late to make sure my paperwork was filed that day. I am truly grateful for the opportunity that Ms. Larson and Frazee has given me. I highly recommend Frazee to any one who is looking for temporary work (with the possibility for permanent employment) or if someone is between jobs. My experience has been the same as many of the negative reviews on here.I spent years in NYC working with recruiters and temp agencies and I don’t expect a Baton Rouge firm to provide the same quality of care for their hires, but based on my experience they have shown a lack of basic professionalism and follow-through.Frazee called for an excellent position which started in several days. Was asked if I could move that up to the following day as they needed to start the position immediately. This was asked several times with a bit of pressure. I have been working a part-time job while looking for full-time work. I moved a few things around and made myself available which included leaving my part-time job. My last phone contact suggested that I was good to go and the client hoped I would start the following day, which I was now cleared to do.I was told I would receive new hire paperwork/portal info. Filled out all info and then received an email from Frazee a couple hours later that they didn’t have a final confirmation from the client and would follow up the next day.Next day: no phone call, no email. When I called the office I was put through to voicemail.I am now unemployed.I had clear and excellent communication with Frazee the first day but now that communication seems to be inconsistent, or only self-serving to the firm.I give them a 1 because professionalism and follow-through are basic skills for a recruiter. If they can’t accomplish this, they shouldn’t represent anyone.

One of the worst recruiting firms in the city. They boast about being able to place the most qualified candidates but they should brag more about never answering the phone or following up with candidates. Their recruiters are horrible ....... and their placement process seems biashorrible experience

I worked for Frazee until my contract ended with a great company. Frazee was unresponsive while I worked and they are unresponsive if they cant find you work. They simply ignore you if you are of no use to them. They never told me I had a new recruiter until I emailed the last one and the email bounced back. Once I found a new recruiter to communicate with, she ignored most of my emails. I applied for many positions and even received positive comments from my last employer so there was no reason I shouldnt have gotten any calls back. Go to Lofton Staffing. They actually communicate and care about their workers.

I was hesitant to go because it just seemed far-fetched that someone would go out and find a job for me. Despite my suspicion, I went and met with Erica (who was pleasant—hence the two stars) and she explained that finding work in the summer would be a little harder, which I completely understood. That’s was a Friday. I called on Monday to follow-up and she had “stepped out of the office”, so I left her a message. Tried again on that Friday (1 week since we had spoken) and she had “left for the day” (at 1 pm??), so I left a note for the receptionist. I waited another week and called on Thursday (a day short of two weeks since we had spoken) and the receptionist said that she couldn’t get a hold of her and asked if I’d like to leave her a message. I did. It’s now been 5 weeks since I’ve met with/spoken to her. Luckily, I didn’t desperately need a job. I continued to apply places and attended interviews (bc I was still skeptical about the whole thing) and got a great job last week.Long story short:Some people have luck with this company and some don’t. It can’t hurt to try, but don’t depend on a company that doesn’t communicate with you. A simple “Hey, I haven’t had any luck yet, but check in with me in about a week.” goes a long way.

My experience with the company was wonderful. I knew exactly what I wanted out of a career & they took everything into careful consideration when vetting employment opportunities for me. They considered what would make me happy long term as well as what would give me professional fulfillment. They thoroughly vet you as well as your potential employer. When it was time to go on the interview, each party came to the table confident in what the other had to offer. Working with Frazee meant having someone in your corner, like a counselor. I strongly recommend all serious job seekers quit taking chances with random ads/online postings, use the professionals. It doesnt cost us a thing! I was laid off from a company when I saw an ad somewhere (cant remember where) for Frazee and even though I was not crazy about the idea of going through an agency, I went to the interview. I interviewed with the company, was hired directly and it was a great job. I stayed employed there until I started a family.Fast forward 5 years and I decided to go back to work. Again, I went to Frazee, and this time I accepted a temp to perm position and wound up staying in that position for 3 years until it was time to move on.Now that I am further along in my career, I am on the other end - seeking an employee, so I have called Frazee once again.

My experience with Frazee Recruiting has been a great one. The staff are very professional and responsive to any questions that arose. I was quickly placed in a position that perfectly matched my skillset. Claudette (recruiter) supported me in transitioning to my new role which has now turned into a permanent position. Recommend them highly!

I have been calling non stop to follow up on my interview and see if Erica was able to find anything for me. Every time I call I am told shes busy and asked to leave her a message. She has yet to call me back. This has been ongoing for 3 weeks now. I will put my application in with another recruiting agency and hope to find more professional service!

I loved working for Frazee! They placed me at a company that is wonderful to work for and I am now a permanent member. A special thanks to Claudette Stogner who found me such a wonderful place to work. She really believed in finding the right place for me and she did! I was able to find exactly what i was looking for through Frazee and wasnt able to do it without them!

Edit: 30 minutes after posting this review, an e-mail reply was finally received saying they will continue to search for me. How convenient... will edit this post once that statement has been fulfilled since I suspect a response was only received due to this review.The on-boarding process went fine with Claudette interviewing and then placing me with a temp position. The problem now comes after that position is over finding me another. No reply to e-mails sent with job IDs that would suit me perfectly. I tried e-mailing everyone at the agency with no response. It is very unprofessional to find clients 1 position and then ghost afterwards. I would suspect the feedback from the temp employer itself may be the reason why, but that is 1 person who is generally disliked by everyone in the office giving bad feedback on people. Why dont you do an exit interview to assess the experience in that position before deciding to ignore the client? Very discouraging agency.

I had a great experience with Frazee! I was helped by Claudette, Erica, and Amanda. Claudette went above and beyond to try to find jobs that would be a good fit for me. They all were so kind and helpful when I had questions. At first, I was unsure of how it would work out because I saw several negative reviews. However, the ladies at Frazee always responded to me in a timely manner, were professional, and went out of their way to find answers to my questions. I would like to note that I only called and emailed a few times when it was absolutely necessary. I did not go in expecting that they would give me a job. Heres the way it worked for me. I submitted my resume and completed a few tests. They gave me a general interview (it was not an interview for a job, I think its just so they can see what youre like). Then, I was given a paper that explains my next steps. It said to please not call their office every day (Im assuming people do that and thats why they have a negative experience), and it says to continue to look at their job listings on their website and let them know about the ones you are interested in and qualified for (thats also important- you cant choose jobs way above your experience/skill level. That also may be why others had a negative experience). If they think you are a good fit, they send you (along with other candidates) to that company to interview with that company. If that company chooses you, you get the job. If not, keep looking at their job postings and try again. I would recommend Frazee!

​This was a disappointing experience. I followed the process required from the firm just to be ignored. I relocated from CA and am eager to begin work. Erica was discouraging in regard to me not being a native to Louisiana, followed with uncertainty on how to market me. 17 years of corporate office experience. 10 of which are in construction. 1 fortune 500 company and she couldnt market me? Really? When asked if my fiance knew of anyone we could market my resume to, I was even more concerned she didnt have the resources they claim to have. Also curious to know what her role was exactly if Im having to do the foot work. I did ask what else I could do in order to expedite the process. Revise a resume if need be. I was again ignored.I mentioned my willingness to explore other industries such as pharmaceuticals just to be told well thats really tough I sent two job interest per their processes, following up with an email stating so, still no reply.Job hunting is stressful and strenuous, especially in unfamiliar territory. It can chip away at someones self esteem so when youre basically BEGGING a recruiter who requested your application its almost humiliating. She boasted about 16 yrs of experience...I saw haphazard effort. I was reluctant on posting the review because I didnt want to ruin any opportunities, doesnt seem there much to lose as it is....

Not really sure if this company cares to hire qualified applicants. Ive worked for this company previously on a not so great assignment until I could not take anymore. The office manager tried to convince me to return to a horrible assignment that I had previously complained about. I have since applied to jobs I know I qualify for only to not receive a call or any response. I will never apply here again! Honestly this company is not an equal opportunity employer I think they hire certain people!

I had a great experience with Frazee! Claudette Stogner was so professional and took her time to place me in the right job that fit my needs/wants. I moved to Baton Rouge without a job and within one week of submitting my application with Frazee I was hired at a job that I have been at for 6 years now. Claudette is the recruiter to see, give her a chance to possibly change your life!

A waste of time. I was called in for an Interview, that lasted three seconds with the senior consultant. We could have had a conversation over the phone and save me the drive to the place. I have emailed her several times, for the past two months, about jobs, I were interested in, and Im still waiting on a response. That is very cruel to not respond to someone that is actively looking for a job, and you offer your services to help them find a job.

Frazee demand a high level of professionalism from candidates and their screening process is very thorough which is the only reason I suspect some people have written negative reviews. This is a company that goes above and beyond the norm for both clients and jobseekers.

I loved frazee at first but i dont think they re hire old candidates, i think they would rather move on with new candidates. i worked temp with them & was offered a full time position else where so of course i took it! i love my job but i hate the hours now. i applied to frazee again & was called for a interview until they remembered that i worked with them already! ms claudette told me to just email her if im interested in anything. the first time she told me she sent my resume to the company (not sure if she really did) all other emails were no response!

We have worked with Frazee since 2002, most directly with Marianne and Jeff. Its great to work directly with the owners who are involved with their local candidates.

Same exact experience as everyone else. Took tests, and passed with flying colors and never heard back from anyone after emailing the job numbers like they say to do. Then when you call to speak with someone they avoid you like a plague.

It is very disheartening to know that a business who has the job of filling positions for corporations has such disrespect for its customers.
