I recently had problems with my gaming PC, since it was a Saturday evening, no independent repair shops were open, so I decided to bring it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. When I arrived at the geek squad desk, I was greeted by an employee David Rush. At the time he was the only one working the desk, helping quite a few customers at once. When I brought my PC up to the desk he quickly helped me check it in and understand what may be the potential problem. Although we were not able to completely solve the problem (I damaged the PC on accident and since it was older, it wasnt worth repairing in my opinion), David was very knowledgeable on the subject and was able to describe my options in great detail, which I really appreciated. Overall Ive had great experiences with the Geek Squad both in computer repair as well as home installations at various family members houses.

I use to go to geek squad frequently ut with having trouble with viruses or downloading special software and found everytime I recieved my computer back something else was wrong like my sound stopped working and my back lit key functions wouldnt work. It wasnt until I started having battery issues I brought my laptop to someone else and was informed my battery had been taken out a jammed back in improperly and had other bent wires and damaged hardware inside my computer from recent repairs. Ive never worked on my computer myself nor had I brought it to any other computer repair besides Bestbuys geek squad. So in all geek squad will fix and help with you with what you ask for but will break other things within the computer so you keep comming back to get it fixed. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
I sint my Xbox here to get repair and it took them one week and they did not repair it
