Cannot recommend this place enough. Customer service was nice, professional, and communicative; price was very fair and affordable; seat shampooing was so effective. I was so excited to get back in my car and see how great it looked. I will definitely be returning!

Ive had better experinces, the last couple of times I went the vacuums werent working and only two was working this time! The one I used kept coming apart and the stall I went through had a note on it about the tire shine! I brought a friend with me this time, she said it was okay, so I guess you have to take the good with the bad and chalk it up! Nothing is like it used to be!

Julie coordinated everything flawlessly after my car flooded in New Orleans and needed an entire interior cleaning. $600 wasnt too bad for having to take out the seats and dry pretty quick. Also got my headlights restored for $30 per headlight which is a steal!! I can finally see see at night! The crew there is very friendly and the waiting area is very posh. Amazing service for auto detailing, cleaning, and the standalone use yourself car wash as well. Highly recommended.

They are very kind and helpful, they give you advice I went whit oil paint in my carpet trying to have it remove after a couple days that I have drop it, it was almost a ⅕ of gallon and now my car looks amazing, like new they couldnt remove the 100% but they ask me if I was willing to let them paint the carpet and I dont have regrets they really know what they are doing 👏 thank you guys!!

My appointment was at 9:45 this morning and I did not get my car back until 3:16. Was told a seat cleaning and hand wash would take 2 hours total. Got my car back with a dent and scratch marks on the bumper as well as it being in almost the same condition I brought it in after paying $95. The cost was reduced by the manager as I was extremely dissatisfied, but after further assessment when I got home I shouldn’t have paid a dime! This place sucks. Don’t waste your money or time.

Professional team who want and do the job right. My truck has never looked better. They offer wraps and ceramic coating. Very glad I found them.

Trackless car wash is a must for modified lowered cars.The guys did miracle on my head and fog lights. Will go back and have them do a detailed interior cleaning as soon as I can.

I was able to get the dually I rented cleaned up with no issues.

Was able to walk in on a Saturday and get a full detail without an appointment. I havent had this car waxed or clay barred since it was new and they were able to shine it better than new after 4 years of neglect!

Vacuums are broken, Car wash stall is missing buttons on control panel, tire shine machine not working......This used to be a great facility, they have really let it go in the dump.

I do like this place because of my dually but but most of the time something is wrong with the wash and weak vacuum

They literally tried to charge me $225 to clean a smoothie off of the passenger seat and back carpet. I went to Hi performance detailing and got it done for $50. Not to mention Julie at h20 kept complaining about the smell of my car. Very unprofessional.

Great service. Awesome product. If you are looking to get your car detailed, no matter the size of the job big or small this is the place. As assistant used car manager I used them for the worst of trade-ins and they always bring them back

I’m really particular about my vehicles and who I let wash them. I would recommend these guys to anybody, weather you drive a 1988 Ford or a 2020 Lamborghini, they will treat them both the same. They’ve gained a customer for life.

My previous 5 star review was based on the automatic wash. A few years ago I got a full service wax, some kind of holiday special. I was late for my appt, but the car was left that morning. I was told it would take a few hours. My car wasnt ready until they closed. The car looked horrible. The paint was covered in swirl marks. White gunk filled edges & badges. Interior clean was sloppy at best. I felt like I damaged my car by trying to do something good for it. I didnt complain at the time because I was so angry. But now Im turning in my lease & I remembered my experience.

Didn’t want just anyone cleaning up my baby, so I asked around and this place came recommended to me. I stopped in on a day off and they were able to accommodate me the next day bright and early. They have a waiting area with TV, coffee, and water. I had my car hand washed, interior vacuumed and wiped down, and an area steamed where dish soap had leaked out. I was too excited when my car came out. Beautiful inside and out. The spot is gone. Very pleased. Staff was very kind. Well worth the cost. Will definitely be back.

Brushless car wash! Quit scratching up your paint job! Really like this place.UPDATE 3/2020...visited today, vacuums not working, wheel cleaners not working, skip one of the steps in the process and trash everywhere by the vacuums. This is not what I experienced in the past and you can disregard my previous review. Somebody is not paying attention or just quit caring. My car had a film on it because of the skipped rinse. Save your money.

AMAZING shampoo on my seats and carpets. And they got my vehicle done within a shorter time than expected. My car looked brand new whenever they were finished. I also added headlight restoration last minute and they had no problem getting it done the same day! Absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car professionally cleaned. Paying the price is worth it.

Took a long time. But well worth it. I have a big F250 that I cart 4 Great Danes and one St Bernard back and forth from home in Baton Rouge to my lake house in north Louisiana nearly every weekend. U can’t imagine how dirty and stinky the truck was. Now it looks as if I just bought it new of the lot and smells nice to. Even the wheel wells look new. Well worth the time and expense. Great Job

Got the radiance treatment on exterior of my 2018 sportage. They got rid of all spider webbing swirls and hard water spots and also a scuff on the hood. Looks better than when I purchased the car brand new. Money well spent

I’m a regular here. I really like these guys. It’s always the same crew doing the work so they are familiar with your vehicle and the way you like it detailed. Always finish when they say they are going to and the results are consistently great.

Impressed by Customer Service! Actually had a detailed sheet inquiring about services and updating details that are important to the customer. Offered appropriate upgrade info in order for them to exceed customer expectation. If the back end of the service measures up to the awesome front end then 5 stars will not be enough. armand

As far as complete car washes go, their soft touch car wash is about as good as you can find. The blowers are actually on rails and move across your vehicle rather than having to try to figure out how to maneuver slowly enough to get through them before time runs out like most places. Im not so sure about the prices they have for their actual spa treatments; seems a bit too rich for any typical persons car, personally.

Went there for the first time and tried the laser wash but my car afterwards was still dirty...so I went inside the office and talked to a lady and a gentleman who was very courteous and told her and him the issue and she was kind enough to let me go through the soft touch(at no charge)carwash and my car was finally very clean....I appreciate the kindness and generosity of that nice lady and the gentleman who help me....I will be returning to H20 CAR spa....

Was told it would take four hours to make my minivan look like new. Seven (7) hours later it looks okay. The real casualty was the money in my console that I was told got sucked up by the vacuum cleaner .., huh? Nice young guys running the place but over-promised and under delivered. I suggest 1)appointment; 2) expect it to take all day; 3) remove valuables from vehicle.

I wish I could give them more than five stars!!! I took my daughters Dodge Journey to them. She had it for about two years. She has three children currently ages 6, 3, and 18 months. There was food in places in that car that I didnt think possible. They returned it to me looking like new. I couldnt believe it. I highly recommend this place. Well continue to bring our vehicles here.

I initially was only going to give 4 stars. The issues that arose were mainly due to time. As the site stated, the package I wanted was going to take a maximum of 13 hours and only one overnight stay. I was fine with that as it was a very in depth process. However they ended up having to keep it an extra night and into the next evening, this caused me to have to cancel two out of town appointments. They were a man down unfortunately, so this added to the delays so it wasnt necessarily their fault, it just happens. They even gave me a few free washes to make up for it. The day it was finally ready though, I know where most of the time went. The work was flawless, both on the exterior and the interior. They cleaned every single nook and crany from the seat tracks to the door jambs. Everything came out looking brand new. There were a couple problem spots on the exterior that may or may not have been there before the detailing, when I brought it back they said bring it on back in and we can touch it up no charge. They stand by their work, which is hard to come by in todays world, and they pay attention to every detail. Definitely will stick with them as long as I am around.Update: I got wet cement sprayed on the side of my car from construction work on I-12 and I thought the paint and all was done for. I took it to H2O and left it with them all day and they again astounded me. Everything came out beautifully and at a reasonable price based on the work I know they put into it. They even wiped down my interior when I hadnt included that in the job. Truly one of the last honorable establishments and one of the only places I trust with my car.

Waited almost an hour and half for a hand car wash I was told would take 30-45 min.... ridiculous!! But when the car came out it was beautiful.... I’ve never seen my car so clean. Worth the wait!! I’ll be back.

I like the brushless wash alot. Free vacuum and towels nice. It seems like they need to increase rinse cycle time...leaves lots of soap.

Soap was left on my side mirrors after it was finished (Ive never had that happen ever before anywhere else) and the vacuums barely worked:( Dont think I will be coming back.

They do a horrible job for the money you spend. They claim to hand wash when that is not the case. I had rather not had my truck at all than be left with the spots after washing. You get better wash jobs from cheap oil change places.

Excellent detailing work, friendly front office staff, comfortable accommodations and good coffee for those who have to wait at the premises while their vehicle is being serviced. Recommended by the dealership where I purchased the vehicle.

My vehicle always still has suds on it when done. And its never dried all the way. I dont expect it to be dried 100% but its not even dried 50%.

I have been here twice and its been great! I havent tried the automatic car wash yet but they guys who do the hand washes are very nice and do a great job.

Horrible waste of time waited a week for and appointment get there today oh youre not on the list & we have a 5 hour job coming in a 3 hour job after then another 3 hour....you can leave your car here well get to it when we can whats the point of setting appointments if a business cant properly take a name, date/time? And had the nerve to ask if I wanted to wait another week

Usually I have someone to wash & detail my vehicle, but he is out of town. So I was told by him to go to h2o on jefferson and use their touchless option.Sadly, that is exactly what it was - touchless. Water barely touched my car. I noticed the machine wasn’t dispensing water out of almost half the spouts. My car remained covered in dust. I didn’t expect anything of greatness with touchless... but I at least expected my car to get completely wet.

I also like the different selections they have and I love how the carwash lights up...

I love H2O my car was soooooo dirty from food and dirt stains and they had it looking like new! I would totally recommend them! It also didnt take them long at all! The staff was also friendly!

100$ for a wash clay bar and wax special running right now car comes out cleaner than the day I bought it from the dealership well worth the money.

Was able to remove about 98% of the stains in my car and majority of those stains were over a year old. Great service and was in and out in an hour and a half

Yikes! I am new to the area and was selling my vehicle so I went to H20 Auto Spa dropped my vehicle off and when my husband and I went to view vehicle we were appalled. I had trash that was in my side panel of doors, the trash was still there. Nothing was wiped down on the inside, trash throughout my car and the outside wasnt much better. I had some gum pressed on the side of my car that is the main reason it was brought in and it was still there, they didnt even attempt to take it off. When we spoke to manager and let her know she wasnt bothered she didnt even care still tried to charge us over $100 we told her we will not pay for service that was not completed. We paid $75 and will never set foot back into this business. I would strongly recommended to wash your vehicle yourself verses going here. Worst customer service I have received since moving to Baton Rouge and horrible service.

Took my 09 Kia Borrego in that needed a little TLC. They delivered me a vehicle that had been given more than a little TLC. It looked a close to new as it did 5 years ago. If I had the work done every year, I believe it would have been in show room condition. They have my every week wash, 6 month detail and 12 month heavy detail.

I dropped my car off to get my interior cleaned, thanks to my kids it was horrible, they literally made my car look brand new again. I highly recommend.
