Customer service was very professional and courteous and the electrician was very knowledgeable and friendly and completed the job in timely manner. Will definitely use 360 again.
I was told at initial phone call that my appliance repair would be a day or two and someone would call later to firm up appointment time. Initial service charge would be $79. Later that day John called and said that it would be Dec.8 which was 8 days later. I declined and called someone else. The next day John called to say an appt. was available that day at 8:00 PM. The catch....He said charge would now be $139. Bad business. Told him I would never call this company again.
