Asked for a fade and an inch off the top. Got a military cut that now I have to grow out and get it fixed somewhere else. Asked to fix it and the reply was that’s just the way your hair lays. Wow, like I don’t know what my hair does. I only lived with it and had thousands of haircuts in my life.

When I entered I felt like I was an inconvenience. They had to take my temperature several time because it kept reading low. When it finally did register it was 95 which was still to low goes then to service me. I do understand this process and appreciate that they are being so cautious. It is that I was not greated when I walked in. One stylist was sitting in her chair on her phone . The other stylist who checked me in acted like she did not want to work that day.

My boy friend would go here often for a haircut. He went yesterday came home and said never again. He said they were rude and when they checked him out he asked about the senior citizen discount and she said it was on the board but would not give him the discount even tho he qualified. Did the same thing to the man that checked out before him He will never go back.

As we all know, it can be difficult to find someone who cuts your hair right. After trying various haircut locations in south Baton Rouge with mixed results, I found Tina Lane at Supercuts Siegen. I refer to Tina as the Lady with the golden scissors, because she is the best I have found. She makes cutting hair look easy (and I know that its not). Her positive attitude, sense of humor, and golden scissors are a win/win/win for any customer looking for the best haircut in town.

This place is usually good but its the day after new years and there is only ONE person cutting hair and theres four people waiting. Another is walking in as I type this. She told a customer that it would be thirty minutes at least for each haircut. What?! Nobody has time for this BS. GET MORE PEOPLE TO WORK!! Jesus Christ, if this woman is gonna be the only person cutting hair with a waiting room full of people, at least put her name on the sign outside.

Ms. Tina is the best, but I’ve gotten great service from all of the stylists there. Ms. Tina gave my natural hair beautiful color, and was very careful not to disturb the curl pattern. I’ve also gotten haircuts there. Great service and great prices!

Loved Tina Lane. Unfortunately, she is no longer at the Siegen Perkins Plaza, and I just found out is no longer with Supercuts.

I was not happy the lady who cut my hair I most definitely did not enjoy having she seem like she wasnt happy being at work she didnt give me layers not sure if I want to give this place another shot they probably wouldnt care anyways

A good haircut for a good price. Too many employees come and go to have the same person get use to cutting your particular hair and style. More times than not my hair was ok.

Arrived with a 4 yr old & a 3 yr old at 12:10 on Sunday. Had 4 people sign in before us but only waited about 20 minutes. Stylist was great with the kids & gave them very good haircuts. Definitely recommend 👍

I walked into this Supercuts and asked about getting my bangs trimmed because apparently at Smart Style your bangs arent a part of your hair!! I didnt get the lady that cut my bangs, for free, name but she is amazing . I highly recommend this location .

Miss Lilly was wonderful! I was apprehensive as I was looking for a dramatic change. Miss Lilly instilled confidence and the results were perfect. I highly recommend her!!!

This is my second time going here. I was trying so hard to find someone to help me with my damaged hair and give me the color I wanted to go back too. It was no easy task. Then I called Super Cuts. Tina answered the phone and knew exactly what I was explaining and I came right in. Shes awesome..Friendly, Professional. Clean store. I went back yesterday to continue the process of my color and wow!!! Love her.....
