4 stars! I have natural hair, went in for an wash and to get my ends cut. Told the lady that it takes alot to get my hair clean, and with that being said my hair still wasnt wash correctly. Also the fact that I asked for my ends to be cut and ended up with all my hair even. Not all natural hair grows the same throughout the hair do to our curl pattern. My hair grows fast at the top and front of my hair and she cut it all even with the rest. Again let me remind you I only wanted my ends cut not and even all over hair cut. Other than that everything else was fine. She was friendly, wasnt an long wait an in and out.

Wish they had a detailed price list on here. Its great as always when I get my hair cut

I made an appointment on 8/6 for a root touch up on 8/7. I came to this location a few months back for a hair dye, as a walk in on Sunday. The lady that did my hair told me to make an appointment next time due to the time it takes to color hair & customers, ETC. I contacted Supercuts on 8/6 to touch up my roots for an appointment on 8/7. The lady on the phone stated she would be free between 1-2 for hair color, I then proceeded to set my appointment for 1. On 8/7, @ 12:51, I went for my touch up. I waited a few minutes only for someone to tell me, “we don’t have an appointment for hair color at 1” “we don’t have anyone to color your hair” “do you remember who you spoke with” “can you come back”. I don’t know what happened, I think the girl at the register took my phone call or someone else, and didn’t make note of it. Unsure. Like what’s the point of setting an appointment??? Very unprofessional, time wasted.

My husband and I go here often to get our haircuts, and weve been pleased with it each time. The stylists there do a great job and are efficient, and the price for a simple cut makes it all the more worth it! Well be returning here again!

Was a quick visit. Very nice staff! Went to get a new style haircut needed to change it up. My stylist was Derek. He was very nice, polite, and on point! Im very happy with my visit and will return and ask for him.

I called beforehand to make sure they could do the services I wanted. Got their the staff was very friendly and professional. They treated my natural hair and I loved the end results. I got a silk press, and a cut. Will be back in 2 weeks!!!

Very disappointed and honestly the worst haircut in my life. The hair stylist just rushed through and cut my hair nothing like I explained. I couldnt make it in to my normal barber and made the huge mistake of walking into this super cuts and got butchered. I do highly advise against going to this place and making the same mistake I did. I can only wait for my hair to grow back and correct the mistake the super cuts did. Gonna being wearing hats for a few weeks thats for sure.

It was a quick and easy process. When I went in it was fast, there was no wait when I was there and I loved the results. The staff was friendly and we even conversed like old friends, she also made sure to ask if I was okay with the cut she was going to make since I didnt want it cut too much past my shoulders

Cannot cut fades. Sad. Bad quality. Do not recommend this location. Waste of money here. One too many bad haircuts here. Go somewhere else. These people should be fired and shut down. Period. I want my money refunded.

I messed up my hair but Margaret helped me fix it and it looks amazing. Im growing my hair out. Simple style but it looks so dope I love it. The price was in my budget. 15 dollars. Will go back again.

Worst haircut Ive ever recieved, hair was uneven, layers where not blended. I had to go home and cut my own hair to fix it because one side of my hair was longer than the other. Very dissapointed, and definetly will not be going back.

My first time to ever go to Supercuts. I had a great experience I saw Cynde my appointment was for 10am I requested a wash and flatiron. Cynde is awesome I was in the chair for 10 out of there at 10:57am thats washed conditioned blow dry and flatironed. I will most definitely be returning!!

Wonderfully easy if you are handicapped (or caring for someone who is). Easy entry with handicapped parking and ramp to sidewalk. Great handicapped bathroom easily accommodates a wheelchair. Friendly staff is knowledgeable and very helpful especially with hair washing. Would highly recommend this location short wait time.

I had a little financial crisis about five years ago that made me rethink every expense. I regretted having to go cheap with my hair. I have never gone back to the expensive salon. Tina and her crew are marvelous.

3 minutes later after started cutting my hair she said it was done. When I got home and finally had the chance to really take a look at it all I could see was a mess. Supercuts at Sherwood is not good.

Despite the price being higher for kids than other barber shops, my family has always been treated as valued guests. I also like that they stay open later than most other places since my family has a busy schedule.
